"This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star! "The front desk guy was very unprofessional. I'll just leave it at that. READ THE ROOM DETAILS. Some room types have shared bathrooms and some are shared. Has more of a dorm or hostel feel to place. Noisy on the halls and thin walls between guests. Can hear everything from foot steps to convos to sex from everyone especially when people are in shared spaces like hallway or guest lounges. Only positive is location. "

"The room was clean, big and comfortable. They provide hair dryer, iron, a safe, mini fridge, coffee maker as well as toiletries like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, comb, shower cap, body lotion and some other. The hotel provides buffet breakfast. There is an exercise room, a sauna, jacuzzi, and a steam room. The staff was very friendly attentive and accommodating. The hotel is also located very close to many restaurants, shops and clubs. It is also close to the metro. Anything you need, you may find close by. Requesting an uber or a cab to and from the hotel is very easy. The only complain I have is that the bed mattress and the pillows felt very hard. I had to ask for softer pillows which they brought up to my room immediately."
