The phone number and map information on the voucher do not match.
The hotel is a self check-in.
However, I could not check in and could not contact the hotel, so I could not check in at the end.
I spent 4 hours trying to check in and paid for using dozens of international calls,
No refunds have yet been made.
This is very bad.
