The hotel is lovely, it’s right near Kyoto station and a 5 min walk from the bus stop that takes you to the popular sights. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was so close to the Kyoto train station South Gate. It was easy for us to catch the train, do shopping and dinning while we were staying at the hotel. Used Shinkansen, local trains and AirPort Express train from the Kyoto station without walking too far with our luggage.

Fabulous place and great location

Everything was excellent, even the location. Only issue is that you cannot keep the room cooled due to the power turns off when you remove your room key any time you leave the room, but its not an oawful down fall. It helps with energy efficiency, which is understandable.

Great location.

Location is great, short walks to the train stations, and very close to Kyoto station. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only request we had during our stay was for more pillows, and housekeeping dropped more off for us while we were out for the day.
