The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The cottage we booked was very clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. I had the most amazing massage at the spa and highly recommend Laura!!! We enjoyed the pool, the walking trails and wildlife and the sun sets were beautiful!! And the pickleball courts were great :-)
From the second we arrived it felt like stepping into a different universe. It was so peaceful and gorgeous. I was so sad that we had only two days here to experience this stay. It was magical! We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner with an unbelievable view. The food was great and the cookies were amazing!
We played some pickleball, took a hike and spent relaxing time at the pool. We will be back for sure!
I had an incredible stay. The nature out there was soothing. Great little hikes around the property. The nance room was lovely with calming views. The bed was comfortable and easy to sleep on. By the pool I felt like I was in Italy. The staff were overall friendly. The food was tasty too.
I found a little secret in the hill country...born and raised in Texas I found a little gem. We arrived to a warm dinner waiting for us in our room as we arrived after dinner service. The next morning we woke up & strolled down to the Inn for breakfast which was delicious. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the rocking chairs on the porch. The location was centrally located to the airport and downtown Austin fun! We didn't have the chance to use the Spa but will be back to try it and the pickleball courts!

The staff was amazing, from the office to housekeeping, all were courteous, friendly, and always eager to assist.
The Kyle from was ideal, rustic, but with every possible amenities one could think of.
The surrounding nature and quietness was absolutely gorgeous. I enjoyed so much peace.
The dining experience was my least favorite, this time. Breakfast was good, but dinner was not pleasing to the palate, at least not for my husband and me. We stayed three nights and it was only the third evening that we saw an improvement on the meal. To their credit, I was told at checkout that the new Chef had just started working that very evening.
But overall, everything else was super cool and I will return again on my next mini-me vacation.
We came here for my birthday staycation, not too far from home. The spa was amazing and overall, the staff was good with the exception of the dinner staff who weren’t as friendly. The dinners were really good though, so it made up for it. The breakfast was delicious as well. Our only complaint is we are pickleball players and we were really looking forward to playing that weekend, while we had time. However, some tournament for a club was booked and they reserved all of the courts. By the time we got to play, it was too windy and began to rain. I think that at least one court should be for guests only. The hiking was nice. The hot tub had a bad bee problem, it seemed there was a nest under the deck, but I informed the front desk and they seemed genuinely concerned so I’m sure that’s been resolved. Overall, we would come back but call before booking to ensure the courts would have some availability.
This place was sensational…every moment from booking to leaving, we were catered to service wise with a smile.
The property is amazing and the room/food and amenities were beyond our expectations; & the bed was phenomenal! Will make this an annual or more often of a must do trip.
Excellent customer service, fresh menu items and the relaxing atmosphere make this one of the best kept secrets in the surrounding Austin area. Management and staff are professional, friendly and very responsive. Massage therapists are top notch. Comfy accommodations in an authentic hill county, chilled atmosphere make for an exceptional combination that is difficult to find.
Enjoyed the beauty and peace and quiet of the property. We were graced with a variety of wildflowers as we walked the longest trail. The gas powered fire pits are attractive and reliable. The food is convenient and service was pleasant. I'd give the taste of the food 4 of 5 stars, but we'd still come again because of the total experience.
