Absoluter Horror

Es war einfach nur das allerletzte.... Extra Superior Zimmer gebucht, was 34 qm haben sollte, Größe war maximal 12qm mit 10cm Blichleuste auf den Pool, die gesamte Hotelbeschreibung stimmte nicht überein.... Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, haben sie mir die anderen Zimmer gezeigt, ALLE die gleiche Größe ca 12qm. Alle Zimmer haben gerochen, als wäre da vor 2 Wochen ein Fischotter gestorben, über die Sauberkeit muss ich wohl nichts weiter berichten..... Ich kann nur jedem raten: FINGER WEG VON DIESEM DRECKS LOCH!!!!!! Dazu kam noch, dass das Personal unheimlich unfreundlich und pampig war!!!!!

10 days Kubu

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very clean, the leaves were swept up several times a day and the bins emptied regularly. Towels were clean but old and faded. Breakfast was mediocre and the same every day. Reception and dining area leaked badly when it rained, which was once. Airport shuttle was prompt. Overall a positive experience.

A nice hotel with easy access to the beach.

I have been to Bali a number of times and have always stayed at the Kubu Hotel. The rooms are simple but clean and very comfortable. The beach, shopping and many restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. The guys working here are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. (it would be nice to have a mirror in the bathroom and bedside lights) Overall a great hotel that I would thoroughly recommend.

disappointed in my stay

priced cheap, perhaps I needed to look a little deeper, Rooms to a minimal standard, really not that clean, and quite old and run down, Pool very small, and only 4 pool lounges, 2 of which were broken, breakfast very basic.

El baño olía realmente mal. Estaba lleno de bichos. No sale agua caliente. La colcha de la cama tenía unas manchas de dudosa procedencia. Descolchones en la pared. Las puertas del balcón no llegaban a cerrarse del todo. No hay caja fuerte aunque lo ponga. El armario no es un armario. Las toallas son roñosas y asquerosas. Lo único bueno que daría a este sitio es que está muy bien rodeado y muy cerca de la costa y que el wifi funcionaba muy bien, el resto nefasto.

Nettes Hotel mit Pool

Wir buchten versehentlich ein Zimmer ohne AC. Das Personal bemühte sich dabei uns eins mit AC gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dieses Zimmer hatte eine undichte stelle im Bad. Auch hier war das Personal sehr behilflich und hat uns auf ein Deluxe Room upgraded. Dieser Raum war groß und um einiges schöner, da es direkt am Pool liegt und man eine Terrasse hat. Das Frühstück war einfach und okay. Der Pool ist zwar zu klein um richtig zu schwimmen, aber reicht um sich zu erfrischen. Die Lage ist super. An der Kreuzung gibt's einen leckeren Griechen. Wäsche kann man für 10000RP/KG gegenüber waschen. Wir würden definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

エアコンが付いてない部屋があるので気をつけて下さい！ 泊まるのみといった形のホテルです！ レギアン通りの近くですが夜は逆に治安が悪いです！ ホテル前の通りは暗く狭い道路なので夜は危ない雰囲気です！

It is centrally located, a short walk to the Legian Street area or to one of the many beaches in the area - the breakfast was small but well worth the extra as the extra is so little. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.

Wi-Fi problem

最初はサイトで見たらACが書いてあるが言っら結局ACが無い1番安いの部屋になった。そしてホテルのWi-Fiは接続が悪い。ホテルを変えようと思ったが結局部屋をグレートアップした。そしたら全部完備してる部屋をあげたので満足した。スタッフは優しいが部屋掃除を頼んだらやらなかった。場所はビーチとクラブ近くなのでいいが車で入るのは狭い。 Wi-Fiだけをどうにかして欲しかった。

Poor hotel but good location for kuta

We arrived and initially had a standard fan room but asked to upgrade to the best poolside room. This was arranged. This was $15 extra per night. The initial look of the hotel is good, the pool is small and there are limited poolside benches. The rooms are small and do not provide the comfort expected of a superior room There is no room fridge or safe. Guest are only given one towel but more can be arranged on request. Areas for clothing and bags are extremely poor and only just accomodate hand luggage for one person the second person has to use the floor. The bedding in the room smelt like wet dog and was not changed in a daily basis. In fact the room bedding was only changed on request but the room was not cleaned during our stay for 6 nights. The TV was small with a poor reception. We opted for breakfast with our stay. We were given 2 slices of toast, some water melon and coffee. Very disappointing. The warung on the corner provided great food for $2-3 The staff were friendly but not overly welcoming. We asked for some glasses for drinks around the pool and was given a mix of coffee cups and glasses. Very little effort had been made to give a good level of comfort Overall as a bed for the night with a good location to get to the beach, pubs, shops and massage places it is good option. But for an extra $5-10 pn you could have a much better room in a better hotel
