We stayed on the garden balcony side and heard no noise from the sky garden club, room service meals were impressive and huge! Very affordable we love being amongst all the hustle close to everything will stay again for sure!

Hotel really nice, great location, friendly & helpful staff. Room internal noise insulation poor though, I could hear every single bump from my neighbours to the side, upstairs, and especially the corridor which carries it for quite some distance, even just generally people moving around, chatting, not actually creating a disturbance

Good small hotel. Better for the party crowd. Night clubs all around making the hotel not very quiet but still enjoyable. It is on a very popular street with tons of shops, looks very fun.

Swimming pool had loungers alaways avaliable. Downstairs road entry bar is 24 hours. I have stayed here previously and will very happily stay here again. Lovely shower water delivery and temperature. Buffet breakfast from 7am or even earlier finishes at 10am.

Great hotel to stay at for a long trip. We have stayed there for 10 days total. Breakfast has a big verity of food, the room is always clean, they have a very nice restaurant. Very close to Kuta beach, and close to all main locations. The only downside that we had was the wifi/connection issues. We stayed on the first floor, and the wifi only worked like 10% of the time, and our phones would show no service as soon as we get into the room.

Basic hotel in my opinion, and a great hotel if all you wanted to do was not be in it. No storage or hanging space for clothes at all! Pool is nice, but pictures make it look better than it was. Rooms were cleaned daily, but the smell in the shower was horrendoes, like actual sewers. First room we had was on the 4th floor, but we asked to be moved due to screaming kids at all hours day and night. And i dont mean a baby, i mean kids running riot down the hallways. Not the hotels fault, and they did move us same day. Staff were all lovely, cannot fault them. Food ok when we ordered for room service. Breakfast was not for us in the slightest...carbonara!! Didn't use the spa so can't comment. I wouldn't stay here again if i was to come back to Kuta/Legian. There are 100% better hotels in the area for similar price.

J4 Hotel is good value for money. The room is what is expected of a 3.5 star hotel. The public areas like the lobby, the walkways are a bit worn out. The staff are very helpful, friendly and very professional. Its proximity to nightlife, Jalan Poppies II and Kuta beach makes it a perfect hotel to stay in for those who wants to be close to everything.

The hotel has a major dust mite problem throughout the hotel. The nearby club plays loud music until 3:30 am in the morning thus I needed to use my ear plugs everyday. The breakfast is very good, it is located near the beach, the airport and Beachwalk Shopping Center, which is the biggest mall on Bali.

The staff was attentive: problem with safe send engineer in a few minutes, missing a towel or remote was fast for replacements. The only thing I could not get over was the poor wi-fi connection, but otherwise it was a good stay.

The property was fairly clean, but i did have to kill a couple of cockroaches. The shower flow was poor, but the hot water was constant. The staff were friendly. Conveniently located right on a busy strip with access to bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Even though I didn't give it 5 stars, I would still recommend this property.

For the price this hotel is reasonable. It's location is great and close to almost everything so walking distance to Poppies lanes, Kuta Beach, entertainment and access to taxis/scooters. The facilities do need some work though - the rooms need ventilation and it felt that the air con wasn't turned on for a while in my room. Buffet options are ok but they were cold even the hot food that was in warmers. On a busy day, it's hard to find plates and cutleries. Pool was a plus with a great view of Kuta and you'll get a lovely sunset as well from the pool deck.
