今回７泊しました。元の情報で「毎日のハウスキーピング」と記載がありましたが、一日もありませんでした。レセプションに言えば、掃除などして頂けたと思いますが、情報と違っていた点が残念です。バスタオルが2つ用意されてましたが、1つだけ直径4㎝ほどの穴が開いてました。電気ブレーカーも落ちました。言えば改善はできましたが、ホテルとしては如何なものかと思います。ネット環境でwifiですが利用は可能でしたが、レベルが弱い点が気になりました。

Cheap hotel, good location.

We only wanted 1 night, but checked out after a few hours. The room was fairly clean and secure, but the bathroom was disgusting. A pipe from the outside air conditioner was dripping water onto the floor. The shower head would not stay on the wall so had to be held in place with one hand when showering, the cold water tap (only cold, no hot) was very close to falling off the sink completely. Worst of all was the attitude of the staff. We came back to the room after dinner (night time) and there was no electricity at all in the room. I went to reception, where at least 3 young men were sitting or lying around looking at their phones and told them. Their response was less than acceptable. One told me he would come and see about it in 5 minutes. When I said we were completely in the dark and asked why he couldn't come immediately, as it was pretty obvious they were sitting around doing very little, he got upset and told me he would be 5 minutes and to go back to the room and wait. It was closer to 15 minutes, which doesn't seem long, but under the circumstances was unacceptable. We checked out.

Tidak disediakan air mineral,sedangkan saat booking disebutkan tersedia 2 botol mineral. Lantai kamar tidur rata dengan lantai kamar mandi,sehingga air di kamar mandi rembes ke kamar tidur,sebaiknya lantai kamar mandi lebih rendah dr lantai kamar tidur. Petugas cukup ramah meskipun dengan turis domestik. Kasur empukkk.
