Convenient along Legian Street.There is a hot shower.Friendly staff.We clean every morning so the pool is clean.The refrigerator in the room did not cool.Even women alone are safe.I want to stay again.

Great location and people but rooms a let down.

The check-in was smooth, the 2bdrm suite we got was a decent size although just the bedrooms were airconditioned and nowhere else. There was only 1 chair on the very narrow balcony and the kitchen cupboards/drawers were empty and falling off. The bedding and towels needed a good bleaching too. Overall it was fine for what we needed but didn't match the price we paid. Wi-fi wasn't so great as we were at the very back and top of the complex. Pools were bland - not the resort feel. Don't get me started on the rooster :D

I only stayed There for One Night before traveling futher to Gili T but it was a Good stay. Clean room, nice bed, TV with many channels. Even though there was Night clubs outside i didn't here Them.

Mixed feelings

Lots of potential. Beautiful grounds, but room was very tired. Furniture was tatty, plug next to bed didn’t work. Lighting was very dark, so difficult to read in bed. Bed itself was great, Egyptian bedding, shower was spacious and modern. Plenty of hot water. Internet was frustrating, kept going down. Only hotel we stayed in where there was not fresh orange juice for breakfast, but they did fresh pancakes which were yummy.

まいりました。

返金不可で3泊予約しましたが、1泊だけでホテルを出ました。バスタブはあるが汚れ、シャワーの水は塩分が濃いのかシャンプーを流してもヌメヌメ！ 朝食は食べるもの無しで、楽しみにしていたバリが台無しになるので宿泊代をすてました。 場所的には賑やかな場所で良いと思います。それ以外はいい所なしでした！ あくまでも私信ですが。

Central but disappointing stay!

Great location, close to shops and nightlife of Kuta. While the bedding was very comfortable and the pool was awesome lot of other factors were undesirable. Paid extra wanting a lagoon access room but wasn't given one (Lagoon view only on 2nd floor with no lifts was of no use). Breakfast is shocking and inedible. Coffee is tasteless and dry fried noodles & eggs in the morning with little other options. Furnishing, though adequate, had covers breaking off. No soap or hand towels. Service was overall bad: reception called to check out ten minutes before actual check-out time and cleaners were knocking on the door even before I had checked out. Shower water smelt of sewerage. The location however is very central and the pool and decor of the hotel is very good. Could easily be improved by improving poor service and breakfast but in current condition does not deserve a 4 star rating.

How is this 4 stars?

Room we were originally assigned was essentially a dungeon: no windows, gross bathroom, large cold empty space with bed and not much else. Despite not being overly fussy, the room was not how we wanted to spend our holiday so had to pay large sum to upgrade to "Lagoon view." New room was much better but the level of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Staff were relatively friendly and pool area was nice, but I would not stay here again or recommend to friends. Best thing about hotel was location. Breakfast and food options were poor.

Central to everything but still quiet

Staff are wonderful. We stayed in one of the older Bungalows and got value for money. Bali look and feel, gardens are lovely. Two pool areas, older style near Bungalows and new larger area near new apartments. Close to everything! Even the nightclubs(same street), but surprisingly very quiet in complex. Certainly will be going back there. Have stayed at at least 4 different places previously and find this one ticks all the boxes.

Небольшой уютный отель в самом центре Куты.Рядом клубы и бары с живой музыкой.В самом отеле тихо.Номера светлые и просторные всё необходимое есть.Завтраки однообразные: яичница,тосты, сосиски и.т.д.Но это в большинстве отелей.Вай фай в номере был слабоват.В целом отличный вариант по соотношению цена-качество.Советую выбирать комнату в корпусе, бунгало темноваты и в них обстановка скромная

Vilkasliikenteisen,ravintoloita,basaareja ja bile paikkoja täynnä olevan kadun varrella. Silti melua ei kuulu ja piha-alue vehreä ja kookas. Myös huoneisiin ei meteliä kuulu. Huoneet hieman kuluneet, muuta ihan ok ja tilava, Kaappitilaa niukasti. Peittona vain lakana, toivat oikean peiton heti pyynnöstä. Safebox patterin vaihto kahdesti. Palvelu ystävällistä. Aamiainen vaatimaton,mutta ihan ok huomioiden hinta. Allas riittävä, mutta lepotuoleja niukasti eikä aurinkoa niihin kaiken aikaa. Ravintola kohtuuhintainen .Käy Bamboo corner, ihan lähellä,tosi halpa ja hyvä!! Kutan ranta lähellä ja turvallisia (lasi ovellisia) rahanvaihtopaikkoja myös. Kohtuu matka kentälle. Wi-fi nopeus huoneessa vaihtelee, mutta ravintolassa hyvä.
