The hotel is just beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. It’s walking distance to everything. The only issue was getting to the property, taxis are unable to get to the property, so you need to walk up some hills and stairs. Otherwise it was perfect.

Villa Ephesus was a wonderful hotel! So convenient to everything. The owners are so incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a small boutique hotel with all of the comforts and a nice personal touch! The sunsets from the terrace are amazing and the breakfast is a feast. I highly recommend the Villa Ephesus if you are going to Kusadasi.

We had a great stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice water pressure in the shower. Cute hotel with decorative details, amazing breakfast, and helpful staff. Roof terrace provides great views of sunrise and sunset. You can get drinks and snacks there.

Beautiful property. Wonderful Turkish breakfast. The property has kind and attentive staff, lovely seating garden areas, a small pool and walkways with beautiful mosaics, and a terrace with a view out to the harbor. The terrace includes a bar and some bar food. This property is a peaceful and beautiful refuge from the busy port. Don’t be put off by the stairs and area leading up to the Villa, once you enter the property it’s another world of beauty and sophistication. Kudus to the owners and staff.

The Villa Ephesus is beautifully decorated, very clean, and uniquely situated. Okan was so gracious in getting us settled and acclimated to the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views and lovely decorations. Breakfast was astounding. What a gem!

The staff was warm and friendly. You could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of your stay. The hotel area is beautifully decorated with traditional Turkish decor. We spent time each day in the lovely outdoor spaces. The Turkish breakfast was wonderful. There is a wonderful breeze from the water. The only negative, which did not affect us, is that it would be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. The parking lot is uphill from the property and town is a long walk down many unevenly spaced stairs. There is plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby. Salespeople in Kuşadası were more aggressive than Çeşme or Alaçatı.

Beautiful hotel with the kindest staff. The rooms, the pool, the breakfast room were all perfect with so many details that added to the ambiance. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. And the breakfast was amazing. The location is very convenient to restaurants and the waterfront.

Extraordinary and charming boutique hotel. Only a few rooms, created out of an accumulation of houses within a hillside neighborhood close to the shore makes this a special place. Cleverly and beautifully decorated with great care. Comfortable bed with stunning views. Lavish Turkish breakfast unlike any other. Best of all was the friendly and attentive staff ready to help us with everything. This was a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget.

Close to port so convenient for ferry to Samos, really nice building but short stay so left before breakfast. Staff were really nice and friendly… bedroom was very light at night if you like it dark and we were only given a small blanket for a large double bed and two people but we arrived so late didn’t query. Also no TV in room if you were staying longer!

This hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful! Breakfast was really good and is inclusive. We had wonderful views. This was one of the best hotel stays of my life. The staff met us at 2am when we checked in. They went above and beyond over and over! I would caution American visitors that parking is challenging and the area looks a little sketchy at night. We did meet several neighbors of the hotel and they were all lovely. We encountered zero issues with safety and our rental car had zero issues. The streets are very steep and very narrow. Please discuss driving and parking with the hotel prior to arrival to avoid surprise. Despite the challenge in getting there, it is well worth a stay.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed at Villa Ephesus for 4 nights before joining a cruise. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the port and right in the town however very quiet and peaceful. We had a late flight arrival at Izmir and arranged our transfer with Melek who was very welcoming and contacted us prior to our visit with details for our stay. We had lovely Turkish breakfast each morning. The hotel was very peaceful and we had a lovely relaxing stay. There is a mosaic on the bottom of the pool which Melek advised is a copy of one of the mosaics in the Terraced House at Ephesus, which we found when we visited for the day. We took the dolmus from the Main Street and the entrance is only a 10 -15 minute walk from the main road. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Ephesus.
