Overall ok

Nice location, overall in good condition and clean, but breakfast is very basic and not of very good quality. Better to take a room with balcony otherwise no place to dry your clothes after swimming. Be aware, there is no elevator and up to 4 floors. It is reasonably priced though.

Habe jedes Jahr mein Urlaub in diesem hotel gestartet, jedoch ist es nicht mehr dass was es einmal war. Die hälfte des Hotels war nicht benutzbar und genau in dem teil ist auch der große Pool. Also war es nur noch ein halbes Hotel. Personal für den Service, waren junge leute die keine ahnung hatten. Und wenn man etwas bestellt hat ,wurde die hälfte vergessen und wenn man etwas sagen wollte, wurden augem gerollt und genervt reagiert. Rezeption top / Besitzer haben versucht uns zufrieden zustellen. Im grossen und ganzen, unorganisiert . Viele einheimische die nur einpaar tage da waren.

Sezon olmamasina ragmen Melis Otel deki bir gecelik tatilimizden epey memnun ayrildik. Kahvaltisi muazzam idi. Ayrica calisanlar cok ilgili ve guleryuzluydu.

Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht. Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich, vor allem an der Bar, kann aber den vernachlässigten Zustand des Hotels nicht ausgleichen. Im Bad sind Stockflecken und Schimmel, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher haben Flecken, das verbinde ich einfach nicht mit einem 4- Sterne- Hotel. Der Balkon, sehr schön und in praller Sonne, hat keinerlei Beschattung. Schade, vor allem, wenn man für 3 Nächte fast 350 Euro hingeblättert hat. Das ist einfach nicht in Ordnung. Vom 1. Zimmer, das ich hätte beziehen sollen, möchte ich lieber gar nicht erst sprechen. Schade.

Réception da ne hosgeldiniz ne gunaydin ne iyi gunler dileyen elemanlar ki otele ilk girdiginizde otelin kart viziti konumunda kisiler gece nin 4:15 telefonla yuksek sesle konusan kisiler tarafindan iki gece ust uste uyandirildik ozellikle 101 numari odayi kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum izolsayonu cok kòtù. Otelin tek guzel yani manzarasi konumu ;cok fazla gun gecirilecek bir otel degil biz gunumuzu longbeach te chasse long kiraliyarak o gecirdik cok keyifliydi .fatura istedik faturadaki bilgilerin hicbiri bana uymuyordu ne fiyat nede kisisel bilgiler Acik hava daki bar restaurant calisan gorevli nazik ve ilgiliydi burdan tesekkurlerimi iletiyorum .

Muazzam aile tatili

Aile olarak konakladık, genel olarak seyahatimizi olumsuz etkileyecek bir husus olmadı, gayet memnun kaldık. iki odalı aile odası kullandık, yatak odası problemli değildi fakat girişteki odalarda çekyat açılarak yatak olmakta, yatağının pek konforlu olduğunu söyleyemem, o yatakta kalacak kişi en fazla 50kg olmalı, daha ağır olunca rahat edemez. Otelin denize sıfır olması ve denizi çok muazzam. Otelde ve plajda curcuna ve kalabalık yok. Geceleri deniz kenarında plajda sakinlemek paha biçilemez.

Oda manzaramiz harikaydı, odanın temizliği de çok iyiydi. Yatağın rahatlığı ve yastıklar daha iyi olabilirdi. Kahvaltıyı birgün otelde yapmayı tercih ettik zayıftı, daha sonra dışarda yaptık. Otopark sorunu yaşamamak, plajın otele ait olması güzeldi. Tek keyifsiz yani yosunlarin çok olması ve zaman zaman kıyıdaki küçük baliklarin ısırmaya çalışması oldu. Acittigini söyleyemem ama aşağıdan birşeylerin size çarpması rahatsız ediciydi. Güneşlenmek için planı ve serinlemek için kucuk havuzu tercih etmek de bir secenek. Fotoğrafta balkondan denizi çektik, yosunlu bölgeyi görebilirsiniz.

Odalarda çarşaflar kirliydi. Odada sıcak su akmıyordu. Görevlilere bildirdik. İki kişi gelip çarşafları değiştirdi fakat sıcak su sorununu kendi imkanlarımızla çözmek zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki görevli ile tartışmak zorunda kaldık. Oda değişimi teklif ettik ama kabul edilmedi. Bir daha asla kalmayacğım bir otel. Kimseye de kalmasını tavsiye etmiyorum

Otelde 3 günlük rezervasyon yaptık ama ilk gün çıkış yaptık. Öncelikle oda ve banyo pisti. Deniz oteli ama oda halıyla kaplıydı. Eşim alerjik astım olduğu için başka oda istedik ama tüm odalar böyle dediler. Günde en az 1 kere süpürülmesini talep ettik tamam dediler. Odadaki havlular pisti ve değiştirmelerini söyledik bunada tamam dediler. Şunu belirteyim tamam dedikleri hiçbirşeyi yapmıyorlar. Odadan çıkıp merkeze indik döndüğümüzde oda süpürülmemiş ve havlular değişmemişti. Söylediğimde resepsiyonda ki arkadaş süpürüldü ben gördüm dedi. Israr edince günde bir kez temizlik ve havlu değişimi var dedi ve konuyu kapattı. Bizde en azından balkonlu oda istedik astım nöbetine karşı. Bu isteğimizde geri çevrildi. Para iadesi istedik bunuda reddettiler. Sağlık daha önemli olduğundan otelden çıkış yaptık. Personel yetersiz. Denizi yosunlu. Otelin suçu değil ama bilmenizde fayda var. Otel net bir şekilde pis. Havlunuz başkası tarafından kullanılmış olabilir mutlaka kontrol edin. Biz hiç kalmadan 3 gece parası ödedik. Çıkarken alay eder gibi minibar kullanımınız var bir bakayım dedi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat yerdi.
