Very friendly staff and good food. You’ll likely be satisfied as long as you don’t set your expectations too high. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, but functional. The beach area, however, may not be ideal for non-swimmers.

Better experience than expected

We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms.

Terrible food

Nice location - however, this a very dated hotel, without internet in rooms, inadequate lifts, and rubbish food. This is really a 3 or maximum 4-star hotel.

Otel çok eski bakımsız temizlik kötü personel sayısı yetersiz deniz kenarına inmek için oldukça dik ve yüzden fazla basamak kullanmak gerekti bu özellikle yaşlı insanlar için çok zor. Asansör 5 gündür bozuk olduğu halde yapılmamış. Yemekler 5 yıldız otele göre çok zayıf ve lezzetsiz. Kısacası bu otel 5 yıldızı değil 3 yıldızı bile zor alır. Ona göre gelin. Otelin tek güzel tarafı konumu ve manzarası.

Çok kötü. Hijyen sıfır havuz mikrop yuvası yemyeşil olmuş dibi görünmüyor. Odalar leş gibi hertaraf toz kıl içinde paslı havluları odadaya bırakmışlar.odanın kliması sabaha kadar su akıttı.İçecek o var mı yok bu var mı yok yiyecekler vasat yani otelin elle tutulur hiçbir yanı komple yenilenmesi ve yeni bir işletmecinin alması gerekiyor

İyi değil

Su çok dalgalı ve hep yosunluydu. Yemekler genelde hep benzer çeşit ama fena değildi. Fakat maalesef yemekten kaynaklı gıda zehirlenmesi yaşadık. Pek çok misafirde aynı şikayetler olmasına rağmen kesin bir dille yemeklerden kaynaklı olmadığını söyleyerek insanları aşağı yerine koyan bir üslup kullandılar. Çift kişilik yatagimiza tek kişilik ince bir çarşaf sermislerdi. Gece arayıp çift kişilik bir yorgan istedik fakat gece 12 den sonra çarşaf yorgan verilmediğini söylediler. Resepsiyonist arkadaş sağolsun yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ve kendim gidip alabildim. Hizmet anlamında istediğiniz şeyleri birkaç defa söylemeniz gerekiyor. Çalışanlar laubali ve gereksiz muhabbete giriyor. Otelde çok eksikler var. Bir daha gitmeyi planlamiyorum. Ayrıca çok fazla çocuklu aile var. Çocuklardan ötürü hiç havuza giremedik hınca hınç doluydu

Für Kurzurlauber durchaus zu empfehlen. Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen war alles sehr gut. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Ort und Lage ist als Top zu bewerten. Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es an den Snackbar´s. Dort war das Essen leider ungenießbar. Pommes nicht gut fritiert, Pizza nur mit Meis und Käse, Hamburgerfleisch mit Lamm, nur Selfservice, und die Hambugerbrötchen waren nicht frisch. Snachbar´s am Pool leider sehr unhygienisch. Negativ war, dass die Siebe besonders an den Kinderpools und Rutschenbereich zerbrochen und lückenhaft waren. Zerbrochene Plastikteile von den Sieben lagen am Pool herum. Große Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. Hier sollte das Hotelmanagement sofort tätig werden.
