Good hotel great location

The hotel is in a fantastic location at the beginning of lady beach, the rooms are a good size and the staff were great the only downside was it was a little dirty our room wasnt as clean as it could be but other than that good

The beach is a bit small and crowded, but overall the area has enough amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and polite and we enjoyed our stay, in spite of some outdated facilities.

The room itself is big and beautiful. Location awesome restaurants taxi beach everything is close. Conditioner was working in both rooms The property itself needs some maintenance. For example elevator is not working, but the customer service is excellent. We had our phone and locker not working so we had to move to different room and no problem, we got even better room for the money we paid. I think it’s fair. I’ll get this hotel on my next visit for sure and I hope elevator will work

a very spacious, beautiful and clean room. a big balcony with amazing sea view. the staff are extremely friendly. I didnt expect much because the reviews were not very good but turned out everything was great. I heard their management was changed so now things are far more better. Good for them. It’s what you would expect, rooms are enormous for the price and view is incredible, I stayed there for 2 nights, I was visiting Ephesus and its convenient location was nice. Hotel employees little too friendly tho, they were talking non stop and you would wanna escape eventually but overall nice stay. Hotel rooms are not the cleanest but it’s not like it’s dirty just feels like a home. But I would expect tidy cleaning from a hotel usually but for the price it’s aight

The staff was kind, helpful. The room was spacious but old, lots of repairs need be done to the finishings. Unsure if the toilet or shower started leaking. No iron available until after a certain time. No elevator, thankfully they do offer to assist with bags. Nice view.

Hidden paradise

Hotel location is just perfect for a quiet stay right on the beach! We had a Deniz standard room, but nothing was standard - the room was just huge, well furnished, climate controlled, comfortable bed, a spacious walk in shower and a huge balcony offering an unforgettable view of the sunsets! Hotel manager Mr. Sabri went far and beyond to situate us in a room and make us feel home during our stay. The lobby and walkways are all welcome you with flowering pots, so you feel walking through some paradise. There a few dining options and a fresh bakery shop on ground and around. The Ladies Beach was not crowded, safe for small children, good for experienced swimmers and even offered options for some water sports activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who enjoy quiet nights on the water.

Worse than terrible

Spacious suite with comfortable beds. The hotel is really run down. Only one shower worked. Towels were old and not enough for a family of four. I asked for more towels and the receptionist refused to give us more! The rooms were dirty and had to wear shoes as the floors were not adequately clean. The hotel common areas were absolutely filthy. The staff were far from friendly or helpful. For the amount of money we paid we paid, this was a total rip off. Stay clear from this hotel.

First, the great, the service was amazing. I can't find the card of the two gentlemen that went above and beyond, but anything we wanted they took care of. Second, the location was great. Right on top of the beach, great view, waking distance from excellent restaurants and a grocery store in the main floor. The breakfast was incredible and with the price. We were seriously jetlagged coming from the U.S. Unfortunately, our rooms kept having electrical issues, so they upgraded us, then switched us a few times. It took a day to fix it, but finally, we could run the AC without the power shutting off. The rooms are HUGE. Some are quieter than others, but I didn't have issues sleeping due to noise. In one room, with two beds, we were either freezing in one bed or hot in the other depending on if the mini split blew in you or not. The beds were hard and they didn't really have blankets. They were more like a tiny heavy sheet. The view from the room was wonderful. The beach had free umbrellas. The hotel does not provide beach chairs or towels. We chose to pay for the private beach club downstairs (with the loud music.) BEWARE The Beach Club attendant will try to rip you off.

Avoid This Hotel – Misleading and Run Down

This property was nothing like the photos or glowing reviews suggest — honestly, I suspect many of those reviews are fake. We booked four nights but left after just one because the conditions were so bad. The entire hotel is in disrepair: broken outdoor lights, an elevator that looked abandoned, peeling laminate floors, shelving falling off the walls, and lobby/lounge chairs full of holes. Our room had black mold in the shower, a broken safe (which they actually charge daily to use), and a queen bed with only a single-sized blanket. The so-called “sea view” overlooked a sewage treatment facility and piles of junk. The “beach club” was worse — dirty with cigarette butts everywhere, blasting loud rap music, and a rental agent ready to overcharge for access. On the positive side, the manager and staff were kind, but he admitted he couldn’t issue a refund. Hotels.com wasn’t much help either. I realize standards vary across cultures, but this property is a disappointment by any measure. I would strongly advise avoiding it.

The only good thing about it was close to sea! No swimming pool,beach is not there owned! No one comes round to change your bedsheets or cleaning the room! Unfriendly receptionist she looked mad at all the time! False advertising! Not recommended and over priced! We won’t be returning!

Couple holiday 1st time in area

First time to Kusadasi area, our room was huge and in an ok condition but you get what you pay for. Even though you have a kettle in your room there was not tea/coffee or sugar. We took our own tea bags anyway. Room cleaned every other day. Did have a small problem with a dog that was kept at the hotel heard it once barking at 3:30am and early morning around 6 and 7 I did complain about it and sort of rectified. As the property didn't have a pool we asked the Hotel next door think it was called the AYMA if we could have access to there pool, it cost us 100 lira each which was good. All in all a lovely stay.
