The staff was nice and helpful, gave us late check out without extra charge. The rooms and beds were fine for our weekend trip. And the location of the hotel is really great!

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and easy to approach. However internet connection was bad from the rooms. Kids swimming pool needs to be bigger. Location was good easy to get to the shops and dining out.

It is superb at Karaaslan...the staff are super friendly and helpful,rooms beautifully decorated and so very clean...porter took me to my room to explain how everything worked on my arrival...reception staff all spoke perfect English

Excellent Beach Front Hotel

The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and really made us all comfortable. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was okay and the facility is a little old, but our stay was quite enjoyable. Thank you Karaaslan, we love you!

Cant use pool as it doesnt get any sun,its in the shade 24hrs a day but not to bad as the beach is 100 meters away,its very noisy of a night alls you hear is cars beeping their horns non stop,shouting and very loud music

Salty water

Room was very small with only one side night stand. It was vey noisy, I imagine they didn’t consider sound isolation. You could almost hear people talking on the street. But the biggest bummer was water being not warm enough and being salty. We couldn’t take shower or use water at all. When we asked why at tge reception at the check out, they said entire Kuşadası has salty water.

Never come back Just the guy he is manager of restaurant he was trying to improve he was awesome every time when I was in restaurant something new was in there totally was good for breakfast and dinner worth what you paid Now, let’s talk about the noise. Every time we tried to relax in our room, it felt like we were living in an echo chamber. You could hear every single guest showering and bathing as if they were right there with us! And don’t even get me started on the awful smell wafting from the washroom. It was like a mix of bad decisions and regret. Seriously, I thought I might need a gas mask! As if that wasn’t enough, the sound from the street was relentless. It was like we were sleeping in the middle of a disco party. And the design of the hotel? Don’t even get me started! It’s like they hired a blindfolded monkey to plan it out. From our room, we could see into the other guests' rooms. I mean, come on! Privacy is clearly not on the menu here. I felt like I was in a live reality show where everyone could see what everyone else was doing. It was awkward, to say the least. In short, this hotel was a complete letdown. unbearable noise, and a design that screams “what were they thinking?” Save your money and find somewhere else to stay. Trust me, you’ll thank me later!

Good location on the marina

Good location Hotel is well situated on the marina. Close to lots of restaurants and mini markets and ATMs. 10 mins walk to the main port area. This hotel has definitely seen better days. A bit old and tired. The twin room was very small and was a bit cramped for two singles. But the hotel was reasonably priced and clean. The staff speak english and are lovely but there was a few language communication barriers. However we did get through those issues. Requests for additional sheets (as there was only a blanket provided, no duvet or top sheet) were given with no problems. Shower pressure was good. Bed comfort was ok. no issues. Breakfast was decent. Enough options to cater to most preferences. The hotel has lovely views from the breakfast level area. Unfortunately the pool was just too cold to swim in. Actually it was freezing. This was very disappointing. It could benefit from some heating. It was warmer to swim in the sea across the road. So all in all, I do feel this was reasonably priced for the hotel conditions. Thank you to the staff for helping us with our tours and extending our stay for an extra night.
