Aircond tidak dipasang dlm bilik.. Aircond hotel nie adalah centralise aircond. Kerana kurang pengunjung, mereka tidak membuka aircond. Bila komplen maintenance kata aircond mereka mengunakan asas air. Mengarut sebab ini bukan kali permata saya menetap di hotel ini n selama ini tidak pernah ada masalah aircond. Amat teruk terpaksa tidur dalam kepanasan bersama anak. Too bad servis tidak setanding dengan nama hotel.
