We notified them of an early arrival and they allowed us to use the spa area to change whilst our room was made ready. "We found it the ideal base for our stay in KL, very central. Lots to do out and about with great street food near by at Jalan Alor. Using the grab app for taxis was the best way to get about."

"We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."
