Overall we didn't like the place. What shown in pucture is 360 degree oposite. We will never ever stay thwre again.
toilet after flush one time, it takes more than 10 minutes to refill the water flush again. found hairs on the bed, requested to switch other room they always said NO.

not found my book even i already book this hotel with 10 room using difrent app...take time 40 minit to find my book..
then the staff said i must wait for check in becouse not arrange yet to check in. when i ask how manay long , she said not conform yet.. finally i wait until 5.00 o clock to check in my room.. do you think deserve pay with high price and i get this service??
FOR STARTERS LET ME SUGGEST THAT THE HOTEL CONSIDER RENAMING THE PROPERTY TO GRAND-MA HOTEL INSTEAD OF GRAND PACIFIC.
WE CAME IN AT ABOUT 7PM. CARPARK WAS BADLY LIT AND ROOFS WERE LEAKING, CHECK IN WAS OK. THE ROOM WAS JUST A TOTAL MESS. IT WAS AS IF I ENTERED A ROOM FROM THE 1980'S BUT NOT IN A GOOD WAY. IT WAS A HORRIBLE!!
THEY DID NOT HAVE COMFORTERS, JUST NORMAL LINEN AS BLANKETS AND IT WAS SUPER COLD IN THE NIGHT. THE CARPET WAS DUSTY, IT HAD COBWEBS. I WOKE UP WITH MY SINUS INFECTED NEXT MORNING BECAUSE OF THE DUST. THE PILLOWS WERE PAPER THIN. THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, THERE WAS MOLD ON THE SINK, THE TOILET BOWL HAD STAINS AND MOLDS, THE TOILET SEAT WAS DIRTY.
Breakfast is good. Staff didn't allow to fill water bottle and security guard was too much rude. Toilet seat was broken and very uncomfortable to use. Even there is not enough toilet roll in toilet. Shower head also broken and not able to use it. They didn't change even dust bin during our stay. They didn't come to do room service like changing linen and bed sheet. In other hand, one of the security gurad and receptionist helped us well.

Centralised Air-Con unable to lower or adjust highier,Receptionist Malay Girl on night shift unfriendly,requested for extra pillow & Blanket she replied "Dah Habis".Shower in Bathroom not in proper condition water from shower spray very bad.Tv channel limited,lights in the room very dim not bright at all,
1. The aircon cannot be adjusted - its the same for each and every room. I caught a flu due to the icy condition of the room. 2. The reception staff have a nonchalant attitude to their jobs. 3. Internet connectivity is a huge issue, despite my room being close to a router. 4. The room has an issue with mould Although the price is not extortionate, I am unlikely to stay again
