"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "We unfortunately had a very challenging time during our stay. Several things were either broken or not working. For example in the bathroom, the shower door did not close, the toilet seat was broken and the top drawer was also broken. In the room, our fridge did not work and the air conditioning would randomly stop working. When we got there, the WIFI was not functioning but they gave us a separate router to use. On our last day, the water in the bathroom was not working either. "
