On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living area with a sofa, armchair, and writing desk. Also on the ground floor are the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a cozy corner bench and dining table, as well as the bathroom with a vanity, bathtub with shower screen, and toilet. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace with a pergola. Relax in a deck chair on the adjacent lawn.

A staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The open roof trusses create a particularly cozy atmosphere in this bedroom. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

A parking space is reserved for your car in front of the house.
