"The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly."

"I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute."

"A place where you can rest assured, because Ms. Milena Nikolova is a great professional :) The breakfast is excellent, as are the pools.....but the Spa center leaves a lot to be desired."
