I stayed 1 night at the Actum. The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a gem if a hotel and I will return for longer next time.

Personnel de l'hotel: personne accueillant au petit soin pas de souci Equipement: climatisation en panne, cela peut arrivé. Vu le temps en cette fin d'aout 2014, cela ne nous a pas trop gêné. Propreté: l'hotel est très propre sauf que sur 5 jours, la femme de chambre a omis de faire le lit , le ménage, la salle de bain par 2 fois !!! je pense qu'elle ne gardera pas longtemps son job.... En contre partie bonne réactivité du personnel de permanence le soir à notre retour à 20h Confort de la chambre: la literie est excellente, la chambre spacieuse, mais la présence d'un café ouvert très très tard dans la rue piétonne empêche de dormir. Le café est voisin de l'hotel et ses clients au verbe haut , extrêmement fêtards et mauvais chanteurs reviennent tous les soirs de la semaine. je vous conseille de demander une chambre sur cour.

1. Accès non aisé + problèmes liés au parking de l'hôtel (pas de télécommande pour barrière et carte magnétique pour ôter les plots reçue aléatoirement). 2. Piètre qualité du buffet du petit-déjeuner (peu de quantité, très peu de choix, produits premiers prix). 3. Enormes problèmes liés à la climatisation des chambres qui ne fonctionne pas ou très mal. Conséquence : départ anticipé de cet hôtel.

Dejligt hotel, dejlige værelser og god service. Vi tog afsted meget tidligt om morgenen, før de serverede morgenmad. Så de havde forberedt en lille madpakke til os hver, med brød, pålæg, frugt og juice. Super service.

Hotel très atypique

Nous avons été très surpris par cet hôtel à la décoration très atypique (objets du monde de la voiture dans un cadre plutôt chic). L'hôtel dispose d'un parking mais il faut passer les bornes du centre-ville pour y accéder (il suffit d'appuyer sur le bouton). Le petit déjeuner est correct avec quelques produits bio. Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

It catches u like a surprise.

We went to stay one night and stayed three because it is close to many abstractions in the surroundings areas like Bled, Bohinge and the national park ! Friendly and very helpful staff! It is created with passion and quality and do not be surprised to see pieces and posters of Rolls Royce everywhere in the hotel. It is the owners passion !! Parking is available on site (free) and make sure u get a free special card to access the restricted zone to the locals only. Air condition works but there is a problem for some rooms but reception can regulate temperature from their desk. Overall - we spent a relaxing time !! Did I mention that the tv has hundreds of channels in every language on earth !

A curious and funky find

Initially hard to access , it's on a pedestrianised area of the town , if you are in a car . The bollard system is a real pain and unavoidable . However the staff are helpful and genuinely interested at the hotel which makes for a pleasant stay . The Actum is somewhat incongruous as Kranj is a tatty one horse town and the hotel is superficially grandiose , but if you have transport and are in the area for touring it is a good stop off . Parking is secure and free , the breakfast is a very basic buffet and there is no evening meal option at the hotel . There is no lift, but the rooms and general environment of the Hotel make it a pleasant stay .

Gyönyörű szoba, remek kiszolgálás

Stílusos kányelmes szálloda, kiváló és kedves, segítőkész személyzettel. A belvárosban található, de ez a gépjárművel való közlekedés és a parkolás szempontjából sem okoz gondot. Kisgyermekkel voltunk, számunkra tökéletesen megfelelt a hely. A szoba tágas volt, tiszta és a legjobb, hogy a dupla ágyban nem két matrcan van hogy az ember középre ékelődhessen, hanem egy nagy. A szállodában nincs lift, de a személyzet segit a csomagokat felvinni az emeletre. A szobában elhelyezett kétszemélyes hidromasszázs kád pedig kiváló ötlet. Minden nap így forró fürdő fogadott bennünket.

Wow - what a pleasant find in the middle of the charming town of Kranj. A beautifully refurbished listed building to very exceptional standards in the heart of this charming, beautiful old town. Close to everywhere by bus or via hotel shuttle service. The old town of Kranj, pavement cafes, its churches, rivers and stunning gorges are enough, but then there's so much else as well close by - ski ing in season, Lake Bled, Llbujana and its castle by day or by night. The hotel provided me with exceptional and friendly, courteous service beyond that of a 5* concierge service. The decor has touches of delightful eccentricity and the welcome is more like that of an old friend than being just another guest. Excellent value for money. Great coffee! good breakfast that they are planning to extend I am told. Great room facilities, very comfy lounge area as well as a proper kingsized bed (rather than 2 singles pushed together)with great views depending on the level of your room. Excellent bathroom, with toileteries, very efficient shower, proper hairdryer rather than those silly hot air hoses. Huge flat screen TV with international channels. Would highly recommend to anyone - single, business, leisure ,couples and families. You will have a most enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again either on business again or bringing my own family.( I would request a 1st floor room though if bringing Grandma!) Usually stay at the Creina but this will now change to the Actum.

Nice hotel on the way to Austria

Great value for money 4* hotel. Great decoration , super service from the friendly and helpfull staff (they found us a taxi at 3am at night whilst we were stuck at ljubljana airport). The hotel is about 15 min drive north of airport on the way to the Austrian ski resort. Great if your plane arrives too late at night. The hotel decoration is great and confortable + morning breakfast good too. Definitely recommended for familly and romantic break....
