Find Hotel with a Concierge in Kraków Old Town

"Excellent facilities overall. Very interesting mix of old and modern. Beautifully restored. A couple of inconsistencies: 1) the room had Nespresso coffee pods without the machine and a boiler for water without instant coffee. After several attempts at getting coffee, they retrieved the pods and brought instant coffee. 2) WiFi is unstable in certain rooms. "

"Amazing stay, exceedingly courteous and helpful staff. Great room, clean, tidy & warm. Excellent breakfast too. Two slight quibbles - mattress was a little uncomfortable and WiFi signal was sporadic. Superb location too. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Room was very clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Main square right outside the hotel. The hotels restaurant downstairs had some very tasty dishes. Shuttle service was an option I took. I felt very safe and welcomed. I defiantly will be coming back again. "
