Ødelagte toalett,rør som banka og bråket alle netter på oppholdet.Hotellet klarte ikke å fikse problemene med toalettet.Skulle være 4stjernet hotell men vi vil rangere det til 2 stjernes etter europeisk standar.Vi spurte etter mer toalettpapir den ene kvelden da jeg hadde mageplager men fikk til svar at det kunne de ikke skaffe , så sent på kvelden.Ikke bra

Great location close to Old Town; quick 10 minute walk. Generous breakfast open 7am-10am. Our room was fairly large in comparison with others we’ve stayed in while in Europe. There’s a pub/restaurant in the basement of the hotel that’s reasonably priced.

Ved ankomst ble vi møtt av en meget hyggelig mann som ønsket oss velkommen, forklarte oss litt om hotellet og severdigheter i Krakow. Frokosten var god. Rommet var bra og renholdet meget bra. Hotel Ostoya Kraków

Obiekt usytuowany w bardzo dobrym punkcie, blisko Starego Miasta, co pozwala szybko, na nogach dostać się do Rynku Głównego. Hotel klimatyczny, czysty, godny polecenia. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Jedynym minusem jest parking hotelowy, który nie znajduje się bezpośrednio przy obiekcie, tylko dobre 200-300 m trzeba do niego dojść, co w przypadku dużych bagaży może być problematyczne. Poza tym wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku.

Flott beliggenhet ifh til shopping og sightseeing. Gåavstand til det aller meste. Dobbeltrom med ekstraseng viste seg å være et STORT rom med 3 store senger! Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Fikk gode tips om shopping og spa. Frokosten var ingen gourmet-opplevelse, men den var helt grei. Anbefaler dette hotellet - skal helt sikkert tilbake hit selv !

Very nice but the rooms on the 2nd flr are small

Very nice hotel, centrally located close to the old town with easy access to the Tram stop. Good service and breakfast. The hotel is in what seems like a historic building which is very well maintained. Please be aware that the rooms on the 2nd floor do not have regular windows-they have a skylight which can be opened.

Of our four hotels in Poland, this was the best! Great staff, great location, breakfast included. Would go back with no reservations.
