Fantastic Staff, Awful Hotel

Let me just start by saying the staff working there were all really friendly, but the hotel is in a poor state. This was one of those situations where everything is so bad you just give up and grit through it. Bed was extremely uncomfortable with broken springs that hurt my body. No top mattress. There was an air vent which was so loud and hard to sleep through. The fridge and ac were also loud but ac could be turned off. There was a pervasive smell of damp and mold in the room. Being asthmatic I would not have made it another night. Bathroom floor was full of short dark hairs. There was so much, had there been a pet in the room before? Either way it had not been cleaned properly. Shower was broken and took forever (I mean several, several minutes) for not-cold water to come and temperature didn't reach beyond lukewarm. The water wouldn't drain so I had to take my cold shower in short bursts waiting for the water to drain slowly in between. Breakfast was really unfresh and awful. The fresh fruit looked several days old and everything was soggy. While there was a lot to chose from it the lowest quality possible. I didn't dare to eat much. Lastly, a large private party held at the hotel that night, unfortunately there was loud music and people walking and talking (and yelling in the corridors all night). Could've been overseen if not for all the other issues. I was unable to comfortably do the things you get a hotel for: sleep, wash and eat. Staff was great at least.

OK hotell för en natts övernattning. Fick ett rum i källaren med små källarfönster. Rummets lite slitet och inte högsta standard. Tycker ratingen var inte helt korrekt. Trevlig personal med bra service. Jättelik frukostbricka som levererades till rummet. Orkade bara med hälften

Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen ,super Frühstück ,sauber freundlich naja alles was man für kurz trip braucht allerdings kaum Beleuchtung im Zimmer also sehr dunkel für mich ich denke das könnte man sparsam nehmen…

Die Unterkunft ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber machte einen sauberen Eindruck. Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht und Frühstück war klein, aber fein. Einziges Manko war das durchwegs junge Personal der Generation Y-Z, welche eigentlich Englisch können sollten und sich bei der Arbeit nicht gerade überstürzen. Ein Gast machte darauf aufmerksam, dass bei der Kaffeemaschine ein Fehler im Display stand und nur der wurde behoben anstatt gleich zu schauen ob sonst alles in Ordnung ist. Einen Kaffee konnte man runterlassen, dann war der Restebehälter voll. Danach wurde nur dieser geleert und drei Kaffee’s später war das Restwasser voll. Beim Zusehen hat man schon als Gast überlegt sich selbst zu helfen anstatt die dafür zuständige, jungen Dame zu „belästigen“ und sich ihre Begeisterung über den Arbeitsaufwand hinzugeben.

The room I stayed in was really nice and clean and spacious and had all the nice little touches. If I was to have one little say it would be to have darkened blinds, but everything was superb. The staff are extremely helpful and very nice. The food also was very good. A wonderful hotel.

Excellent staff, excellent hotel with very modern amenities, and a great breakfast station. Free parking for those driving in to the region, and tram station to take the tram in to the downtown area is very conveniently located from the hotel.

Business Short Stay

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Nothing is every a bother for them. The room is very large but I found the bathroom a little cramped. I didn't like the pillows and found the mattress uncomfortable. For the short business trip and closeness to the place of work it was convenient but limiting as there's not much else in the area.

Pierwszy raz w życiu spotkała mnie kontrola pokoju przy wymeldowaniu, pan na recepcji poprosił bym poczekał, a ktoś sprawdził pokój i zadzwonił, że ok (oczywiście) - bardzo niemiła i upokarzająca sytuacja, jak prawie w każdym tygodniu gdzieś nocuję, takie podejście do gości spotkałem pierwszy raz - ŻENADA. raczej 3* a nie 4, aczkolwiek pokój przestronny, łóżko wygodne, pokój i łazienka czyste.

Komfortowe pokoje

Na dzień dobry recepcja nie zachwyciła, ponieważ bliżej jej tylko i wyłącznie do baru hotelowego przy którym można zamówić drinka ( i oczywiście można to zrobić), ale ogólna ocena hotelu bardzo wysoka. Pokoje komfortowe, bardzo czyste, łazienki również przyjemne, w pokoju sejf, mini barek. Hotel na pewno godny polecenia.

Notre premier hotel en Pologne, loin du Centrum

Personnel de l'hôtel plaisant et agréable. Chambre correct et propre, mais c'est facile de trouver mieux! Repas: Déjeuner ordinaire, repas un peu cher pour ce que nous avons eu au souper, comparé à d'autres restaurants que nous avons faits. Très peu de stationnement, nous avons été chanceux car sinon il faut aller à la rue et c'était un énorme chantier de construction partout.

Prima Hotel

Lage etwas verzwickt, in Krakau werden gerade eine Menge Strassen aufgerissen und gesperrt, Zufahrt nicht ganz einfach. Wenn man aber mal den Weg kennt, kein Problem. Zimmer nach vorne für diejenigen etwas laut, die bei offenem Fenster schlafen (Strasse, S-Bahn). Zimmer sehr schön und bequem, hell und freundlich, Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend. Restaurant vorhanden, Essen gut und preiswert. Vor dem Haus im Sommer gemütlicher Biergarten, wo man auch essen kann. Einziger Wermutstropfen auch hier Strasse und S-Bahn. Service "unerfahren" und uneffektiv (z. B. kann der Kellner im Restaurant nicht gleichzeitig eine Bestellung aufnehmen und danach schmutziges Geschirr abräumen bzw. mitnehmen, das sind zwei Arbeitsgänge). Alles in allem: Wir würden das Hotel Centrum wieder buchen.
