The accommodation has a very central location, just next to The castle. (It took a few extra minutes to realise it was inside a very small street). Rooms has a decent size. It’s very clean. It has a gym 24/7. The staff is very friendly. Nothing bad to said :)

4 nights stay in May 2025. NOT AT ALL the room showed on Expedia so I was quite disappointed given that one of the reason I chose that hotel was for the layout of the room advertised; my room was ok and confortable. This hotel is great if you wish to use the gym facilities which are exceptional. Except that the noise is way to loud when classes are conducted with music but it was quiet after 9pm. This hotel is not ideal if you want to rest during the day or early evening. Very poor insonorisation; you hear everything from the room beside... 15 minutes walk to old city. Transit very close, 5-8 min walk on either side of the hotel. Couple of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops around. Not suitable for family/young children, seniors, business trips but could be very ideal for gym-goers travellers. Poor internet sometimes. Frankly, this is a gym that offers rooms to rent and it should be advertised as such by Expedia.

Did not serve bottled water as promised. The fare for pick up at the airport changed when the cab wanted 120 PLN instead of the 100 that was promised. There is no breakfast. Quite loud squash playing nearby. The room wasn't cleaned during our 3 night stay.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unser Auto am Abreisetag noch bis zum Abend parken. Leider ist kein Frühstück buchbar. Aber in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es mehrere Cafés wo man bereits ab 7 Uhr hervorragend frühstücken kann.

Una cosa che non mi è piaciuto dall’hotel è la moquettes nella camera, perché anche se si pulisce sembra sempre sporca. Ho apprezzato molto invece il tè, il caffè l’acqua sempre a disposizione degli ospiti in una stanzetta dove c’erano anche dei tavoli in forno a microonde in frigorifero per chi magari si volesse cucinare.

Helt okej för priset, men med brister.

Hotellet var helt okej med tanke på det låga priset – man får vad man betalar för. Dock var sängarna ganska obekväma, det fanns inga eluttag vid sängarna, ingen minikyl, ingen vattenkokare på rummet och wi-fi:et fungerade aldrig. Dessutom var det mycket oljud på morgnarna, då hotellet hade ett träningskomplex intill. Bra om man inte behöver tillbringa mycket tid på hotellet och bara behöver en plats att sova, men inget för den som söker komfort.

Bon hotel proche musée du flipper

Hotel bien situé par rapport au centre ville et transports en communs. Il y a une salle de sport (vrai salle, équipée d’un sauna que je n’ai pas testé) un coin petit déj est à dispo gratuitement pour les clients de l’hotel avec café, thé, micro ondes et vaisselle

Z pewnością tu wrócę 😊

Największy plus obiektu, to obsługa i fitness z sauną. Panie na recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokoje małe, brakowało szafy, ale na weekendowy wypad wystarczą. Kolejne pobyty w Krakowie będę spędzać z Atlantic i polecam bardzo.

It was clean and the bathroom was equipped well but the hotel was too noisy with all the fitness facilities and no tea or coffee facilities in the room. It was more like a fitness centre with rooms added not a hotel with fitness available. The first evening they were playing squash near our room through the night! Not acceptable.
