"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They have upgraded our room automatically when they knew we were on anniversary of our honeymoon. The service is excellent and everything is excellent honestly I don’t have anything to say about any improvement, but will definitely come in again."

My wife removed it and call dining Management, he looked shock and left and did not return until I went looking for him.. Then asked to speak with the hotel manager only to be told they had gone home, I left my room number and note to contact me soon as possible in the morning. This never happened and when I approached them she was shocked and still nothing done, they left me sitting for hours until the point I left the hotel with nothing more than my lip swollen and cut. An absolute disaster and disgrace on all fronts of management.. I’m British and my Wife Turkish so this isn’t something mixture of not understanding culture.. I want some form of compensation and and an apology would be nice. "
