Rooms a little older but clean and comfortable with everything one needs. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Perfect location with 1-15 minute walking distance of busses, trains, ferrys, parks, outdoor markets, and harbour.
Local shops, stores, and dining spots are plentiful.

Disliked: Amenities
Good location and clean but the room is very small.
We stayed in a twin room, the bathroom is a lot smaller than in the pictures and not as clean. We didn’t have any hand soap and asked reception and they didn’t have any to give us. The shower was dripping and the whole floor was soaked which is inconvenient. The room doesn’t have a fridge which you may not notice when booking the room. The curtains over the bed let in bit of a draft. But the bed was comfortable and at least the hotel has a lift.
I had to spend a night in Hong Kong unexpectedly. I chose this hotel because it was a short walk from West Kowloon rail station. It was definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in many years. The room was tiny (especially the bathroom, which was basically a shower stall) and shabby and smelled of cigarettes. The bed was so hard that I had to check to see if it actually had a mattress. But the sheets were clean, the AC worked, and, since I was just there to sleep, it was, in the end, fine.
Full of smell in the room and too small of bathroom. Was not cleaned like several long hairs

Unbelievable... Unbelievably small but full price!
I have heard about such hotel rooms in Hong Kong but fortunately never had to use one before January 2025. Heavy travel Calendar/Lunar New Year season leads to wild price hikes by ripoff owners in HK - eg. high rate for closet with toilet in tiny corner washroom. Receptionist friendly, space (cannot be called a room) was clean though no waste basket. Probably would not be legal in Guangzhou. GZ far beats out HK style capitalism for fair rates & higher quality accommodation.
The Worst Nightmare
Small, cold and dirty room and smelly in bathroom
Sex workers around the entrance of the hotel
Killed a tiny bug on the bed Crashed it so hard couldn’t tell what was it
Woke up in the middle of the night because of the coldness of room found a tiny bug at the end of my bed again. This time it went away still didn’t know it was roaches Bed Bug or something else
Dared not laid on the bed again I sat on the tiny stool for the rest of night for 3 hours and checked out at 7
Just stayed In the room for less than six hours for a one night stay
