Location is great, between Mongkok East and mongkok mtr. Many shops nearby. Opposite is Fa Yuen municipal building which has a market and library. However, the place is rather dated and needs more tender loving care. The room does not seem that clean, dusty curtains and stained wallpaper. There is no desk only small sidetables. Powerful hairdryer provided. Appreciate that hand and bath towels are provided. But no hand soap.

Pros: Location of hotel was very near to one of the train exits and we were able to store our luggage at the counter before and after we checked in and out. Bed was big and comfortable, surprisingly roomy for a hotel room in downtown HK and floor to ceiling windows. Cons: The hotel does not seem to be maintained well - when we entered, there was a stale smell. Upon a closer look the walls looked dirty (like past dirt not cleaned properly), and there was what looked like mould on the walls, especially the shower area. There was dirt (or mould) on the wall where the hooks are in the shower, and it just felt dirty to have to hang our towels there. The corners of the place (toilet doors, curtains, doors) were dusty and don’t look cleaned.

駅にも繁華街にも近く、立地はとても良いです。部屋はとても狭く、コンセントがひとつしかありません。シャワールームから部屋に水が流れ出してきます。トイレの扉はすりガラスでプライバシーはありません。スタッフに笑顔はありませんが、立地と価格を考えるとまずまず良いホテルだと思います。

お試し期間のような感じで、イベントの受付のような机が置かれたチェックイン。掃除やタオル交換の依頼をしても、2～3回伝えてやっと叶うような状態だった。人は良い感じなのですが、ホテルのサービスとしては物足りない。 部屋は広くゆったりとしていたが、コンセントが少ないのと、机がないのが不満でした。
