No parking available so we parked at the mall adjacent to the hotel. Our flights are at 9am so we checked out at 5.30am but door to mall car park is locked by mall staff. Walked up car ramps to car park from outside but could not leave as payment must be made inside the mall which open at 10am. There are also no security personnel at mall to help us. Fortunately a kind hotel was was able to call mall parking attendant to come over in motorbike so we can pay and leave the car park. Fortunately we had ample time and did not miss our flights.

Great hotel near to the UMS campus.

Was here on a vacation, and stayed in KK for a few nights while exploring Sabah. This hotel is convenient and is located in a large mall. It seems to be an old Novotel, but has not really been maintained well and is in need of some repair. However, it is clean and comfortable and the series excellent! The breakfast is comprehensive and good and the rooms are large. The only is so we had was the water in the show as not quite hot enough, and parking is a big problem. The hotel itself does not have any reserved par and there is no valet service. There is only street part, but because it is located at a big mall, most of the time there is no parking available. Overall, a good hotel outside of downtown. Note that it takes about 20 minutes to drive to downtown from this hotel.

Nice hotel near UMS

Vacation with my wife. Overall the hotel is nice, and the service is very good, but the parking is a big problem. There is only street parking available, and because the hotel is part of a mall, it is really hard to find parking. The hotel should provide at least valet pa.

The food was not so gòod, it would be a good idea to have a chef from Semenanjung. The nasi lemak sambal was sweet n it should be spiced up
