Very clean, compact with everything you need, I had a sea view looking on to Kastri Island! Right next to beach! Katerina, Nikos and the beautiful lady who kept the place spotless, very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be returning here next year! Absolutely lovely place to stay

Ocean wiev room very nice, room against main road not so good. Mr. Nick was very helpful as we asked for change of room after one night, as we originally had payd for. Very cleean and friendly, close to beach and quiet at nights. We had some nice days here!

Kos in zona non affollata.

La camera pulita, occorre risolvere il problema della tenda attorno la doccia perche' ostruisce lo scarico e si allaga il bagno, posizione piuttosto rumorosa perche' vicino ad una strada trafficata a tutte le ore, zona ben servita da tutti i servizi, vista spiaggia ottima, personale professionale, disponibile ed empatico.

Sono venuta in vacanza a Kos da sola in cerca di un momento di relax e di pace e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente soddisfatta. Irene studios mi è stato consigliato su un gruppo Facebook e devo dire che non potevo trovare di meglio. Letteralmente a due passi dalla spiaggia più bella di Kos, sono stata accolta in un clima familiare ed accogliente. Lo studio pulitissimo e una cucina ben attrezzata e ho potuto cucinare sia a pranzo che a cena senza problemi quando non avevo voglia di uscire. L’arredamento è essenziale ma ben organizzato e non mi è mancato veramente nulla. Un’attenzione all’ospite veramente altissima e una cordialità veramente impressionante. Sono venuti incontro a tutte le mie esigenze sempre con il sorriso e con estrema disponibilità. Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante (cosa non scontata) e acqua calda sempre (anche questo non sempre scontato). La location è spettacolare: si è fuori dalla confusione del turismo e si vive veramente un’atmosfera rilassante e superlativa. L’isola poi è facilmente girabile in auto senza problemi e tutto è veramente a portata di mano.

Bella la vista sul mare e l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La posizione è ottima per fare vita da spiaggia ma è lontano dal porticciolo di kamari e dal paese di kefalos. Ci sono discreti servizi in zona ma per spostarsi serve un mezzo di trasporto. Inoltre la camera è modesta e con alcune lacune (bagno molto piccolo e poco funzionale, frigo molto rumoroso, inoltre di notte si sentono i rumori della strada sottostante). Inoltre non è chiaro se c è un orario limite in cui le pulizie sono svolte (la signora delle pulizie ci ha bussato piuttosto seccata dal fatto che fossimo ancora in camera e ci ha fatto fretta per liberare la stanza). In generale pulizia piuttosto sommaria.

Ottima posizione, semplice ma confortevole.

Ottima posizione di fronte al mare della baia di kefalos, le stanze non sono nuove ma ben tenute e fornite di tutto il necessario, compresa aria condizionata con split recente e cassaforte. Servizi come ristoranti, noleggi, supermercato e bancomat tutti nelle vicinanze. Mare splendido anche se la spiaggia é mista sabbia/sassi. Pulizia ok ma i teli bagno erano spesso macchiati, sembravano macchie da "vecchio" cioé magari dovute al fatto che i teli sono vecchi e per gran parte dell'anno sono depositati al chiuso, comunque io li cambierei comprandone dei nuovi. Personale gentile e cordiale. Sicuramente potrei valutare di tornarci.

Nice simple clean studio close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The room is small and simple, but offers everything one needs. There is a supermarket behind the studio to buy food for breakfast. The studio was cleaned every day. We hope to come back one day.

semplice, essenziale molto pulito vista mare

in viaggio con un'amica, siamo arrivate la prima sera tardi, Nick il proprietario ci è venuto a prendere all'aereoporto, scusandosi perché a causa di un overbooking ci avrebbe collocate in un'altra struttura per la prima notte, io, che ho pure una struttura turistica, ho capito la situazione senza fare molte storie, ho accettato di buon grado la soluzione. L'indomani ci viene a prendere e ci da un appartamento molto grande, ma senza vista mare, chiediamo se possibile avere un cambio con una stanza anche più piccola ma con vista mare, accordato...e dopo due notti abbiamo la nostra camera al primo piano con un panorama mozzafiato, che dire, certamente abbiamo tribolato un po, con questi cambi , ma ne è valsa la pena, e da Nick abbiamo sempre avuto massima disponibilità. La pulizia dei locali, è sicuramente ottima, le camere semplici e un po datate, sono essenziali e funzionali, la location è assolutamente impareggiabile, considerando che abbiamo girato ogni palmo delle spiagge di Kos, da Nord a Sud, posso dire con certezza assoluta che la baia di Kefalos in particolare proprio la spiaggia dove affaccia Irene Studios di fronte all'isolotto di Castri, non ha eguali!!!!!!

Umzug

Wir bekamen zuerst ein Zimmer auf der Strassenseite, diese war viel zu laut und wir fragten nach einem Zimmer zur Strandseite, weswegen wir auch das Hotel gebucht hatten. Der Chef bat uns weitere 4 Naechte im Zimmer zur Strassenseite zu bleiben und dann gaebe es eventuell eine Moeglichkeit uns ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu geben. In unseren lezten 3 Naechten bekamen wir tatsaechlich den Meerblick und dies hat die Qualitat unseres Urlaubs erheblich aufgewertet.

Grazioso studio praticamente in spiaggia!

Irene studio e' una piccola struttura a due passi dal mare. Lo studio era un po' piccolo per 3 persone (2 adulti e 1 bambino) ma aveva tutto quello che necessitava per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e vita da mare. Il personale e' efficiente e sempre molto cortese, attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Cambio degli asciugamani e pulizia giornaliera. Cambio delle lenzuola ogni due giorni. Che volete di più? Ti alzi alla mattina , apri le finestre e ti si apre il cuore ...la vista e' fantastica...vivamente consigliato!
