Bad reception

Hotel itself was just like any other cheap hotels. But hotel staff was terrible, bad manner, rude and loud. I arrived late with children and literally get yelled by Russian grandpa, because i didn't enter child's detail in my booking. I knew I had to pay extra and I was fine with it. But still it took 1 hour for us to resolve the issue and we were very tired. Initially our stay was 2 days, but we checked out early next morning, didn't want to spend another minute in there. To our surprise, their local reception was no different and how he talked to other customers was awful. Breakfast was particularly bad too. If you are Russian, you won't have much problem

Fint hotel, dejlig pool, god ac. Wifi ikke så god hverken indendørs eller udendørs. Ofte m udfald og langsom. For første gang har jeg oplevet tyrkisk morgenmad uden frugt

Комната чистая, просторная, кровати удобные. В отеле тихо, постояльцы тихие, персонал внимателен. После яхтенной поездки, мой приезд в отель, был роскошным для меня)) Светло, чисто, и просторно. Спасибо персоналу, и внимательному ресешну Хусейну, что учел мои пожелания. Расположение отеля супер, в 5 минутах ходьбы можно сразу выйти на ожиленную улицу, где находятся все рестораны, пабы.

Цена на сайте и фактическая отличалась (было указано 10.409 за 4 ночи, с карты сняли 12.000), завтрак очень плохой (все продукты в холодном виде, нет выпечки, нет колбасной продукции, нет фруктов, нет каш ... ). Цена не соответствует качеству проживания (3000 в рублях на одного человека) Из положительных моментов - персонал русскоговорящий (при обращении консультируют, доходчиво всё объясняя)., мало ллюдей,тихо и спокойно

Super Preis-Leistung - Super Location!

Super Preis-Leistung. Genau, was ich gesucht habe! Das Hotel ist vielleicht kein Luxus Resort, aber man ist direkt in Fußnähe zu allem in Konyaalti Beach. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meinen Aufenthalt zu verlängern war kein Problem und Zimmer werden auf Abruf jeden Tag gereinigt. Frühstück ist eine kleine aber frische Auswahl, man sitzt schön draussen in der Früh beim Pool. Wer einfach ein nettes Hotel sucht zum Übernachten und tagsüber sowieso viel unterwegs ist, dem kann ich das nur empfehlen!
