"Beautiful resort but still needs a lot of maintenance. The most frustrating part was paying the resort fee and parking fee, but watching many local residents use the facilities freely. The family pool was overcrowded with residents, not guests. The pools were supposed to close at 10PM, but on our evening walks we saw a lot of inappropriate behavior in the pools. Wondering how the facility is monitored, because it didn’t seem like there was any rule enforcement."

"The suite in Ocean Tower was great. The amenities were excellent as well. Kids enjoyed a lot. It takes a long time to get in & out of the resort because the tram is very slow & the canal boats are out pf serbice. We wasted a lot of time getting in & out."

"The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the main street and sites. The hotel room was a nice size. The towels were gray and dingy. The breakfast had a good variety but it was very hard to find a seat. There are not enough tables for everyone to sit. A lot of people took their breakfast to their rooms. There was no cold water offered at breakfast. You had to get it from the gym. The pool and hot tub were nice, although there were a few bugs in the pool. Parking was $15/night."

The lady at the front desk and the Assistant Manager were extremely, rude, impolite, and disrespectful. The Assistant Manager was in fact very loud and abusive ion her interaction. "The tram was either broken down or very slow.We walked more steps in this trip than I could possibly imagine with kids. Also , the pool slides were rarely open because it was understaffed. The staff were very nice and the property was well maintained. The cost of food and drinks was ridiculous"

"This property is certainly has comfortible rooms and excellent soaps and lotions in the rooms. Maid service 2x's per day is excellent! Where the property could use improvement: cleaner pools, with 24/7 access pools water feels like a lot of bodies have made the water mucky. Access to the Ocean bay is far too hot late in the afternoon and again the water is not clear. Maybe access in the morning?? Food is average and this would include Brown's their 5 Star restaurant. "This was a beautiful oceanfront condo. Sitting on the lanai was very relaxing looking out to the ocean and the palm trees. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed for our stay of 1 week."

"Our 1st evening, we had some problems with getting food. The poolside restaurant had to close early and the bar restaurant ran out of pizza. I’m sure it was an unusual problem, but we didn’t have dinner that night coming in from a long travel day from Texas. All other meals were great, especially breakfast buffet which was outstanding."
