Charming quiet ideally located small villa in a green setting for max. 7 people (4 adults + 3 children) and 1 baby (children's park in parents' room), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is integrated in the largest room. Located at 300 m from the beach, 500 m from the center and 200 m from the coastal tram stop and 150 m from the protected dune domain Duin and Yde. The garden has an ideal South-West orientation, evening sun up to possibly 22 hours in spring / summer spring light. The house has a lot of light and is a little higher so that a pleasant light wind is possible. The garage serves as a storage place for: bring your own bicycles, garden furniture (8 garden chairs, a side table and 2 sun loungers), washing machine and dryer, freestanding dishwasher, iron, drying rack, BBQ equipment ... The residence contains 2 sofas for min 2 people each and 2 ottomans and coffee table and dining table for 7 people and present high chair to place. There is a TV with digital TV and WiFi available. The equipped kitchen adjacent to the residence has induction plates, all cooking utensils and crockery for a minimum of 8 people, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and an additional freezer. Garbage bags, dishes and dishwashing cubes are available. The cars (max. 2) can be parked in the driveway and are free, there is paid parking on the street. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a folding sofa for 2 children and a folding bed for 1 child. All mattresses are at least 10 cm thick and all duvets as pillows are also present. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and sink, 1 of which is integrated into the largest room with a double bed and a children's park. In the other bathroom there is a 2nd toilet, the other toilet is separate and on the ground floor. in the large bathroom there is another foot bath. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented at an additional cost of 125 euros for the stay for 1 week, 150 euros for 2 weeks and 175 euros for 3 weeks, of which those rented towels are used exclusively for the home. There is a strict no smoking policy in the villa, outside it is allowed provided that all windows and doors are closed as there are smoke detectors. After 10 pm there is a silent injunction outside and when leaving the house all garden furniture must always be placed in the garage / storage. Ideal holiday home to relax and dream away in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Oostduinkerke. For a qualitative and varied holiday (walking / cycling / beach / ...) with the whole family. There are 2 subtropical swimming pools in the area (Sunparks at 3 km and Plopsa-aqua at 9 km) and amusement park Plopsaland at 9 km.

Beach Lovers Paradise

Great Flemish house near the Belgian coast in a beautiful quaint neighborhood. Had a lovely time with our three kids. Great beach adventures, dunes walks, access to great food, and golfing near by. Koen was fantastic. He showed us around and provided a detailed list of things to do. Easy and smooth process. Don’t pass this place up.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem Haus in ruhiger Lage wenige 100 Meter zur See. Saubere Unterkunft und freundlicher Empfang und Begleitung durch Koen. EG mit geräumigem Wohnzimmer und gehobener Küche (gute Ausstattung mit Induktionsherd, Verbrauchswaren muss man selbst mitbringen oder kaufen) und Gäste-WC. Schöne Terrasse. 3 pragmatische Schlafzimmer und Bad im OG, wobei an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas frische Farbe im OG angebracht wäre.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war problemlos und unkompliziert.Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber.Es fehlten uns in einem Schlafzimmer Ablagemöglichkeiten und generell war nicht ausreichend Platz zum Aufhängen, speziell in den Bädern. Auch war leider kein Bad zum Abschließen, so dass gute Absprachen nötig waren.Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße und das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Hat uns eine kurze Einweisung zum Haus gegeben und angeboten, sollte etwas sein, dass wir ihn jederzeit kontaktieren können. (Mussten wir aber nicht)Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und ein Hund) waren insgesamt 9 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Für uns war es die optimale Größe. Jeweils ein Zimmer für die Kinder und ein Schlafzimmer für uns. Auch der Garten und die Terrasse waren absolut ausreichend. In diesem Haus ist praktisch alles vorhanden was man braucht (Küche/Essbereich/Wohnbereich, drei Schlafräume, zwei Bäder, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner). Ein Stellplatz fürs Auto auf dem Grundstück (Garage ist zwar vorhanden aber nicht fürs Auto gedacht) ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Einzig eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Klamotten im Elternschlafzimmer fehlte.Ein weiterer riesiger Pluspunkt ist die Lage. In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Absolut zum erholen gedacht.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus in Strandnähe.

Wir haben zu Viert in diesem Haus - in der Nebensaison - einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alle Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der oberen Etage. Zwei Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. In einem weiteren kleinen Zimmer stehen drei Betten. Schönes großes Bad. Würden dort wieder Urlaub machen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, Begrüßung mit Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Empfehlenswert.

Positiv bei unserem Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war, das alles vorhanden ist was man braucht. Lage super, nah zum Strand, schöner Ort zum verweilen Negativ: Es wäre eine Renovierung nicht schlecht. Kleiderschrank... ✌️😉 aber weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir haben einen neuen Abschnitt der Nordsee kennengelernt, den wir bis dato nicht gekannt haben. Guter Ausgangsort für entsprechende Erkundungen in der Umgebung (Brügge, Gent etc.) Schöne Gegend, hat ein bisschen was von Westerland/Sylt (Hochhäuser) gemixt mit Kampen (Häuser)

Schönes Haus in Koksijde

Im allgemeinen war das Haus gut. Es ist nicht in jedem Schlafzimmer eine Ablagemöglichkeit geschweige denn ein Schrank. Die Dusche hat keine Zimmertür. Die Türgriffe waren nur gesteckt und somit fielen sie ein paar mal raus. Die Spülmaschine defekt, wurde aber während unseres Aufenthaltes ersetzt. In der Küche ist alles reichlich vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Grill war gut Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Es gibt eine schöne Außenanlage und der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit. Der Vermieter Koen war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Verblijf op korte afstand van de zee met veel wandelmogelijkheden, compact, maar praktisch huis. Aangenaam verblijf met hond en peutertje. Bij het reserveren was er via de site wel een fout opgetreden met de vrbo site, dit was echter snel rechtgezet met de eigenaar. Vlotte communicatie verder met de eigenaar.

wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren im Juni da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Ein wunderschönes kleines Haus, top eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Man sitzt auf der großen Terrasse und rundherum alles schön grün. Perfekt zum abschalten und entspannen. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend, der Strand ist nicht so überlaufen. Man läuft tatsächlich nur zwei Minuten bis zur Tram und fünf Minuten bis zum Strand. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
