    The Space:
    Studio Seaflower in Oostduinkerke is compact but smartly furnished, with a breathtaking frontal sea view from the moment you enter. The living area is multifunctional: the bed can be folded up and the couch transformed into a sleeping sofa, comfortably accommodating 4 people.

    The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

    Located on the 7th floor, this studio offers a unique view of the sea and the beach of Oostduinkerke.

    Guest Access:
    Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

    PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
    If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form.     CLEANING:
    Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

    CONSUMPTION:
    Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

The apartment itself was very nice, great view, and overall quite clean (some hair in the bathroom). The welcome pack could be improved : don't include dishwasher tablets when there is no dishwasher, please provide two rolls of toilet paper when two are specified in the listing (we only had one roll). Maybe provide a vacuum (it is a beach apartment, after all). Salt/pepper, a kitchen towel (or paper towels) and basics like that could also help. Also let people know when maintenance is scheduled in the building - the elevator was out of service on our check-out day, meaning we had to carry our luggage from the 7th floor in the stairs, although two of us had difficulty walking - keep accessibility in mind. Last but not least, it would help to specify the size of the duvets in the listing, so that people know which size of bed linen to bring. Overall, we appreciated our stay, but for the price paid, a little more service would have been appreciated!

Studio bien situé, face à la mer, sans voiture.... petit problème pour décharger la voiture à l'arrivée.Très calme, bien reçu par le personnel de l'agence.Proche des commerces.Tout pour bien se reposer et profiter d'une pose dans un quotidien surchargé.Je cp,seille ce studio .
