Sea view rooms with balcony are very very good - quiet and great views. Only downside - a bit of distance away from beach and central lamai road bars and restaurants - not too far though: about a ten/fifteen minute walk. I think I will stay again.

Over all it was pleasant, but the lack of effort by upper management to grant a second key to keep room refreshing cold was not there. Expect a hot room upon your return from ventures, and about 30 minute cool time to make the AC work double time to try to get it down in temperature. This has nothing to do with the staff, it is an upper management issue where they probably wish to keep the electrical utility bills low, but do not understand that the AC has to do catch up work instead of maintaining a a temperature. Customer experience, and reviews might reflect this, and others might go to a different spot to stay, and apperantly this does not effect their decission. Other hotels I stayed dispense 2 keys, and it is a more comfortable stay, and better experience. Hope management reads, understands, and reacts so others have a more positive experience. Other than the AC issue, all went well, expect to do stairs, no elevator within a mile.... but enjoyable.

We had a fabulous sea view on the top floor and the stairs were worth it. The area wasn’t exactly what we were expecting (less family friendly) but Lamai Buri was quiet and calm. The beach was a few minutes walk and the sea was gorgeous to swim in. Staff always tried to help and housekeeping made a fabulous towel cake for my husband’s birthday.

The accommodation was quite good, some parts of de accommodation were in need of some maintenance like the shower and the swimming pool. I would like to add that the staff was great and they went all out to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The day before we left we found out we needed a visa for ouwer flight home, one of the staff members came back 1 ouwer afther we asked for help with someone on the fhone for additional help. They really went far and beyond my and any expectations.

Great place to stay…very comfortable!

It was a pleasant stay at Lamai Buri resort, we had a bit of an issue at check-in (from finding the main entrance to confirm that we made the booking), but they were solved quickly and afterwards it was very smooth. Room was spacious, a very much like an apartment home! Staffs were very friendly too.

The hotel is fabulous. The pool is glorious and the view is stunning. The staff are incredible and friendly. No request was to much. The restaurants and bars are close by. The hotel also has a great restaurant Another great stay. We will be back.

아주 좋았습니다. 무엇보다도 직원분들이 아주아주 친절했어요!! 모든 분들이 다 고급리조트 직원분들 못지않게 친절하여 아주 기분이 좋았습니다. 수영장이 굉장히 현대식이고 관리가 아주 잘되어있어요. 반면에 객실은 조금 낡은 느낌이지만 깨끗했습니다. 해변까지는 조금걸어가야 하는 거리빕니다.

Bodde 2 veckor på ocean view svit rummet, kanon bra, grym balkong med solstolar, solen kvar till ca 14:30 om ni vill sola på balkongen - tänk bikinilinjen. stort kylskåp som vi fyllde med dricka - bara in till skåpet då man blev törstig. Bara innanför dörrana så var aircondition igång -underbart. Utsikt ut över havet - värt varje krona. Mkt service vänlig personal - speciellt i reception och frukost. Rent och snyggt hotell, 15 min promenad till centrala Lamai och matvagnarna 20 min till söndagens nattmarknad. Wifi bra,går bra att streama film. Ligger inte direkt på stranden men klarar ni er utan det så är hotellet värt varje krona och rekommenderas verkligen.

Good value for money

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful! Pool is really relaxing and chilled. Location is really good for the walking street and beach. Also very easy to get to main attractions via scooter. Rooms were clean and tidy. Only downside was, there were quite a lot of mosquitos in the room, which I know can’t really be helped. Apart from that, our stay was extremely comfortable. It was good value for money and would recommend.

Belle surprise

Personnel très accueillant avec toujours le sourire. Endroit très propre, belle piscine bien entretenue avec beaucoup de chaises. Très bons déjeuners et dîners variés. Grande chambre bien insonorisée. Difficile à comprendre que cet hôtel soit évalué à seulement 8. Nous prenons presque toujours des hôtels avec une cote de 9 et plus, on hésitait à prendre celle-ci, mais en 4 mois de voyage, c’est l’hôtel que nous avons préféré. En plus, il est situé pas très loin de la plage et des restos, en même temps loin du bruit. Je la recommande fortement sans hésiter. Le côté négatif, le wi-fi est nul.

Nice pool, poor breakfast.

We stayed in a garden villa and were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room on arrival and throughout our stay. The bed was very uncomfortable but we asked for a mattress topper the following day and one was provided which was a vast improvement. We found the amount of steps within the resort to be a problem and wouldn't recommend this resort unless you are reasonably fit. To get to the beach or centre of Lamai is only a short walk but the hotel is situated on a steep hill.The pool was lovely but the pool bar was expensive. The breakfast was the worst we have experienced in Thailand and we regretted the fact that we had paid extra in advance for breakfast. If you leave the property by the exit that is sign posted for the beach you will find a few bars serving breakfasts that are much better value. The one that we kept going back to for breakfast or lunch was called the Greenhouse. The food there was excellent and very reasonably priced.
