The space
We built our villa to our own design. As a family who travels widely, we wanted a space that would suit families and provide a relaxing holiday home. We designed 3 bedrooms that sleep 2 people each. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, lots of wardrobe space and its own terrace or balcony. When designing the villa, we wanted to eat outside, have great views, be able to spend time together in a big space. We included a smart flat screen TV in the living room, from which you can log-in to your own Netflix account, top class showers and sleek kitchen. We needed lots of space for big suitcases, black out curtains to help sleep off jet lag, super comfortable beds, a large fridge and restaurants within a short walking distance. We loved the idea of very private outdoor showers so we included one of those. Our reviews indicate that our guests appreciate the same things we do!!!

Guest access
There is a beautiful, quiet beach on your doorstep with sun loungers and kayaks for your use to explore the reef.
You will have your own private pool for relaxing and access to a bigger shared pool for more energetic swimming.
We can arrange restaurant service for you, babysitters and in-villa spa / massage services, just let us know.
We also have a local contact who can arrange hire cars and we can meet you at the airport and bring you to the villa in a private bus. (additional cost apply)
Utilities (wifi, local telephone) and cleaning every other day (twice a week bed linens and towels are changed) are all included in the price. We include a cap of 25kWh per day of electricity.
There is on-site security with cctv and a night security guard, as well as a safe in the villa for your documents and any valuables.
Beach and bath towels are included.

We are keen to preserve the beautiful island of Samui and not waste resources. We include 25kWh of electricity per day of rental which is normally plenty for our guests to run air conditioning (with windows closed), run the washing machine and use lights, power etc. However, any overage will incur a cost of ThB 10 per kWh.
