Very cute, quiet boutique hotel located in the quiet streets of Mae Nam. Staff are super friendly, rooms clean, pool clean, and beach lovely. Walking distance to main road is not even 5 minutes. Download grab app for taxi service as there are not too many taxis in the evening hours

The hotel is located on the beachfront and is so lovely. The two ladies working on the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a beachfront room and a poolside room as we booked an extra night on Koh Samui, and both rooms were amazing. The AC was lovely, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. We also had the breakfast which was tasty. The only small issue is there are not many sunbeds and people do get up quite early to reserve them. But the beach and the view are gorgeous. Highly recommend!

During the Chinese new year al lot of loud fire works and every morning at 06.00 AM the Chinese gongs!!! Very good 3 stars small hotel at sea, but to less sun beds.

En lille perle i Mae Nam. Vi havde booket et værelse helt ned til stranden og det var intet mindre en fantastisk. Morgenmaden var god og personalet venligt og hjælpsomt. Vi vender gerne tilbage i 2027☺️

Ruhige kleine Anlage

Kleine gemütliche Anlage mit Pool direkt am Strand. CheckIn war schnell, sauberes Zimmer und guter Service von der ganzen Belegschaft. Wünsche wurden soweit möglich umgesetzt, Hilfe bei weiteren Transfers top durchgeführt. Gerne wieder.

Ikäväkseni sain vanhan huoneen (119) jonka kalustus kulahtanut ja patja kova kuin kivi. Pienikokoisena ja suht kevyenä patja ei joustanut yhtään - ei yhtään vaikka istui sängyn reunalla. (Kotona on kova patja).Mulle laitettiin huoneen 'sohvan' pehmuste patjan päälle, se auttoi sen verran, että saatoin nukkua. Olisin kyllä saanut vaihtaa huoneen, mutta se ei olisi ollut rannalla joten en sit halunnut vaihtaa. Muuten hotelli aivan loistava ja sijainti erinomainen

Baan Fah getaway

Warm welcome, clean room, nice pool area, and a clean beach. They clean their beach everyday which is nice for the guests. They also have beach chairs and umbrellas for their guests. Breakfast was nice, there was a good variety to choose from. Baan Fah is in China Town, which was a nice surprise. It’s a quieter place than other parts of the island, which means less crowded beaches, but with the same variety of street food, shops, restaurants, and massage places. The massage place two doors down was wonderful, very clean, and right next door was a very helpful travel place to arrange tours and travel. Across the street was a laundry drop off with next day pick up and a nice family restaurant. Baan Fah is not a bells and whistles resort, they don’t offer turn down service or a gym, but what they do offer will make your stay worth it. It’s a great place to stay for friendly service, clean rooms, convenience, a relaxing beach, or to just unwind and enjoy the local life. And like most hotels, they also have a very friendly resort dog who greets you day or night.

Sehr schönes kleines 3 Sterne Hotel mit freundlichen Personal und sehr schöner Lage.Wir hatten die Hunnymoon suite,die würde ich aber nicht wieder buchen da sie nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach.Alle Zimmer sind nicht weit vom Meer entfernt,alse ganz normales Zimmer voll ausreichend.Abende kann man sehr gut gegenüber vom Hotel essen.Preiswert und lecker. Die Massage rechts neben dem Hotel ist klimatisiert und sehr gut.

鍵の管理が。。。

夕飯前に鍵を預けていったら遅番のフロントの方が帰ってきたら寝ていて、鍵は預けたときに座っていたテーブルの上におきっぱなしでした。また、フロントもただの引き出しに入れているだけなので誰でも鍵が取れる状態です。それから、貸し出しのドライヤーもありません。

Da jeg ankom til Resort, mente de ikke at de havde nogen aftale med hotels.com, selv om jeg stod med en bekræftet kvittering. Efter en times samtale med hotels.com og frem og tilbage, blev Resort presset til at lade mig overnatte. Lad være med at bruge dette sted, de har ikke styr på, hvilke aftaler de har med hvilke booking web pages.

personnel peu accueillant

D'après l’hôtel, Expédia a fait du sur surbooking ce qui expliquerait qu'ils ne nous attendaient pas. Le personnel parle tout à fait bien anglais jusqu'au moment où il a fallu discuter des problèmes de surbooking et de possibilité de relogement. les presta sont à la hauteur avec un petit bémol pour la salle de bain pas toujours très nickel et surtout vieillotte...
