Clean, modern rooms. Excellent staff. Good Japanese breakfast. Across the street from the bus station and close to Sannomiya station. Maybe a 15-minute walk from Shin-Kobe station--take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. Dozens upon dozens of places to eat within two minutes walk.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Very closed to Sannomiya station. I also found if going through the aeon supermarket building, the hotel was very closed to one of the entrances. It was so convenient to stay so I extended my stay twice. I also like the rooms I stayed in, they were both clean and quiet.

Smaller Japanese size room but very efficient layout. Hotel within easy walking distance to Sannomiya Station which has a direct link to Kobe Airport. Easy check in process and after arriving at 23:00 from a long flight nice to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff person.

Nice business hotel

Nice business hotel close to the central Kobe station. The rooms had a good size for a business hotel. The breakfast is arc the café at the ground floor. First morning it was very crowded. Second morning it was half empty. Mostly Japanese breakfast. Convenient location to explore Kobe and it's surrounding.
