"My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. "The hotel itself was very nice as well as the staff. However, there were some issues with one of our rooms with the toilet being broken, not once but twice within the first 24 hours. In addition, when we asked to have the room cleaned, it did not look any cleaner aside from our bed being made and clean towels."
