Accommodation basic but good value for money. Staff courteous and pleasant. Spectacular views from the balcony of the bay and local monkeys. You feel like a native of Thailand staying here!

I paid for a sea view room and got a room with no sea view whatsoever. The property sits at the end of a beach, next to a small stream with waste water flowing into the ocean. The smell is repugnant. The rooms are simple, and comfortable enough. My rooms bathroom had no hot water. There are much nicer accommodations to be had on Phi Phi. I would avoid this spot.

Awesome stay at the phi phi viewpoint resort. Staff was amazing and super friendly, pool was top notch. Bungalow was a great getaway in the hustle and bustle of phi phi. Very close to the viewpoint and right on the water. 10 outta 10 would stay again!

I loved my stay here, staff wrre absolutely lovely. The view was top notch. I traveled with two others who are used to fancy hotels and they weren't fond of all the stairs and missed the charm of the place so I wouldn't recommend it for any pricesses out there but for everyone else, this is a great place to stay. 🙂

Service was good. Had 3 rooms booked. All 3 were very dirty. Went to pool for an hour after checking in and came back to find an ant colony forming in my backpack which contained no food. 1 other room had quite a few spiders. The other was good but AC didn’t work good. Very run down/needs a renovation. Ended up leaving and eating the cost to go stay at PP princess

The view is beautiful, but be prepared for a hike! If you are at the top, it's a quick jaunt up a hill. The rooms are great and comfortable with a/c! It's about a 12 minute walk to the restaurants and nightlife and about 20 minutes from the pier. Awesome pool!!!!

Great stay

Great stay here! It was so nice to hang out in the pool on the days we had no tours since it is nicer than the local beaches. The staff was so friendly and helped us book tours and rent a kayak. Lots of restaurants nearby and eberything is about a ten minute walk max including the harbor. If you have a lot of luggage maybe arrange ahead of time for help with luggage since there are no cars on phi phi you have to walk which we didnt realize but it was fine for us with backpacks.

Quiet location, hard walk there 😅

Hillside view, that’s for sure, at least the hillside is, it’s more like climbing 😅 the view was good, but someone planted a tree in front of the small house so the view was gone (don’t get number 31) 👌 The rooms need an update, was nice maybe 10 years ago. Windows don’t open etc.

Way over priced, you are staying in a shack. Bugs were getting through the floor that is not sealed. It’s like sleeping in a tree house. I would not recommended at all. Only nice thing about this place is they had a pool that had a good view. Sleep on a beach chair outside instead of paying this price.

You get what you pay for here good location, basic dirty room with a cockroach appearing every so often. But 9/10 for eco friendliness as we had a variety of lizards and geckos in the room!

Dirty and rundown, hardly anyone around, was accused of almost causing a fire when I left the air conditioning on for a few hours. Owner tried to charge me 5,000 baht until I said I'd call the tourist police.

Wanting some decent without breaking the bank I thought roughly $100 cad a night would cover this, I was not pleasantly surprised. Room is dingey, bathroom, mirrors , handles can tell aren’t cleaned regularly, the toilet when i got it had piss on the seat and had no been flushed or clean. Also had an infestation of ants, given the area of the hotel i kinda get it. Water in the showers smell, the pool was a shining glimer and staff was helpful enough. Bed was also ridiculously hard. If you’re a hostel / backpacker am sure it’s nice, for me basing things off a marriot or holiday inn by north america standards it was mot even close

DIRTY. dusty sheets towel pillow blanket. Smell horrible stain on bedsheet. . Balcony door doesn’t lock. I booked for 3 nights. I only stayed one hour and left. Waste of money… too many steps to walk up the room. Also too many mosquito saw lizards on wall. Please don’t fall for the balcony view the room is piece of shiiiiiiiiit.
