The room was unbearably noisy with zero soundproofing, and it was full of mosquitoes—I woke up covered in bites. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible. We had booked 4 nights but checked out after just 1 because we couldn’t take it anymore—and they refused to give any refund. Summary: Noisy rooms, mosquito infestation, rude staff, terrible food, and no refund policy. Avoid at all costs."

"Fantastic hotel. Brilliant view from the pool area. Slightly further away from the beach but no issue as there is a free shuttle to and from that the hotel offer for free. Would highly recommend!"
