Quiet, lovely hotel.

We extended our stay from 3 days to 7 at this hotel. We loved Koh Lanta so much, we enjoyed the quiet beaches, quiet streets and kind people. The service was so great, we had everything we needed very quickly. The wifi and air conditioner were great and the food at the restaurant was really good. The pool was also nice to sit at during the day. The hotel is not busy at all but the staff always seemed busy cleaning and helping the residents that were there. I would love to come back and stay here again one day.

Worst experience ever!

A long-time Expedia user and a global traveller, this is by far the worst hotel experience i've ever had. We paid a huge amount of money for airport transfer. And the hotel sent us a driver who fell asleep while driving! We almost had an accident because he could not drive within the lane! Had to watch him for 2 hours from the mirror so he doesn't fall asleep again. When told the hotel owner about this, he did not even say "sorry". The hotel is totally different than what it promises to be on the Expedia website. First of all, it is quite old and dirty. Our room floor was not clean when we arrived. There's a 40-year old safe in the room, which is not usable. The bathroom was horrible. One night we had a difficulty turning on the water in the shower, the next the hotel was out of hot water! Staff is quite unhelpful. No English, and no manners! I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel. For this price, you can do MUCH better.

Relaxing stay! Staff members were polite and helpful and responded well to any request we had. Special thank you to the super friendly bartender who made us feel more than welcome :) The rooms are nice, although some work needs to be done (especially the private pool area and hot tub, starting from the basic maintenance..).

Nice hotel with good rooms and breakfast. Nice poolarea but a litte walk need to get to centrum and bech. Rooms have a separate "spa" area with massage table and private small pool i private garden.

Mooi hotel, echter niet helemaal 4 sterren waard

Het hotel was mooi. De kamer en badkamer hadden een luxe uitstraling. Toch is dit hotel niet helemaal 4 sterren waard als je beter gaat kijken: het privé zwembadje buiten was viezig, de afwerking slordig en het ontbijt matig (niet gevarieerd). Daarnaast zaten we eerst achterin het complex, waar blijkbaar onvoldoende warm water uit de kraan komt. Nadat 2 keer 'fixen' het probleem niet verhielp, kregen we gelukkig een nieuwe kamer meer voorin het complex. Personeel lijkt niet altijd kundig, echter dit kwamen wij in veel andere Thaise hotels ook tegen. Verder is de buurt erg saai. Hotels aan bijv. Khlong Nin beach (Infinity restaurant!) en Kantiang Bay (Same Same but Differerent restaurant!) hebben meer gezelligheid in de omgeving.

Leuk verblijf

De deluxe kamer is groot en bevindt zich in het nieuwe gedeelte. Helaas was de kamer niet schoon bij aankomst (vies kussensloop en mieren in de badkamer). Nadat we dit gemeld hadden bij de receptie, hebben ze de kamer direct schoon gemaakt!

Inte ett 4 Stjärnigt hotell mer som 3 stjärnigt

Hotellet ligger inte så bra till. Långt att gå i mörket för att ta sig till shoppinggatorna. Hotellet är mer som 3 Stjärnigt. Kackellackor fanns. Personalen var trevligt. Vi bor nu på ett 4 stjärnigt i Krabi och det kan lätt vara 5 stjärnigt.

Okay ophold

Hotellet var udemærket, men aircondition virkede ikke optimalt. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, når det nu var et 4 stjernet hotel. Værelserne var super fine, med en lækker seng. Boblebadet var en succes og den egne pool vi havde var dejlig kold. Hotellet ligger lidt ude for byen, men i gå afstand, også til strand. Skal man bruge deres transport til et andet sted i Thailand, så sørg for at i for det i bestiller. Vi blev lovet en mini Van, men fik en bil. Øv.

Bra!

Bra hotell! Vi bodde i en liten villa med pool som vi dock aldrig använde. Rummet luktade lite mögel och som många andra redan nämnt så var nog detta ett toppen hotell för många år sedan. Men för priset så var det absolut värt pengarna. Trevlig personal! Dock bra att hyra moppe (vilket du kan göra på hotellet), för att ta dig till "centrum". Bra restaurang mittemot hotellet också för de som inte vill traska iväg för långt.
