"I came with my family of 5 and was shocked at the condition and place, I asked for a refund from hotel receptionist however he did not speak a single ounce of English and refused to issue a partial refund after I paid for 3 nights online, Expedia representative was of no help and i rebooked with a resort near Kata beach waterfront suites, that cost double but was amazing."
