Renovating, but comfy room.

Despite hotel lobby and entire first floor under major renovation/construction, we had a pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and housekeeping staff was efficient. No breakfast service, but coffee station available in the hallway. Side entry doors not secure, and the walk to the lobby through the construction zone felt a little iffy. We were there on a weekend, so it was quiet-no construction underway.

Last minute reservation turns out to the best!

After making a reservation 24 hours in advance at another hotel, and then being turned away because our dog was too big (35#) we quickly made a reservation at Country Inn & Suites (near-by) at an equally good price, and were happily surprised at how up-to-date, sparkling clean and helpful were the people at Country Inn. The breakfast was excellent as well.
