As usual our stay is comfortable. Been using Hotel 99 there since 2011. It provides our simple needs.

Service and room ok. However room require upgradings. E.g. light switches damage exposing electrical parts that is dangerous. Water boiler not working and dodgy tv and aircon remote control.

Clean and affordable hotel

Book a room for two. Room and toilet are clean. Having 24 hour security guard. To be picky, having hair dryer in the room will make me more satisfied. Overall it is a good budgeted hotel.

Upon checked in, the room was smelly due to smokers. House cleaning should refresh until no smell. When highlighted to the frontdesk, he said nothing can be done.
