"When I first pulled in I thought what did I get myself into but first looks can be deceiving. I LOVED this place. First of all, the front lobby manager was very welcoming and helpful. And then I got to my room. It was huge! It had a full kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave, stove top, and glasses, dishes, silverware, ect. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. The locks are outdated as you have to put a code in to open the door, no card reader but that would be my only complaint. Overall, a 10 out of 10. I would love to stay there again should I ever find myself in Klamath Falls again."

"Parking was great, breakfast was mediocre, Yogurt was outdated, like by 2 weeks. I asked for light bulbs my first night, they said they did not have any and they would get the maintenance to bring some tomorrow. The next morning I told the front desk that the sink was draining very slow. The sink was cracked and there was paint peeling off the tub. I saw a review after I had booked that mentioned these same issues. The sink not draining and having to ask for light bulbs are issues that should have been addresed right away. Very dissapointing."
