The hotel in the room was very clean since they had new renovations, the beds were very nice. The rooms were very nice.
For the price we paid this hotel was perfect
They even said out breakfast a little earlier since we had to leave early for work
On the negative side, we had to pay an extra fee for parking and everything was renovated except the bathroom, but even the bathroom was clean.
Very happy with our stay would recommend to anyone
Was only passing through for the night, but parking was convenient, rooms were clean, and amenities were (or, if I was staying longer, would have been) appreciated!
For Queen's University parents visiting their kids, there is a handy dandy Dollarama near by and Shoppers Drug Mart, which is great for buying last minute items for your kid, especially during Orientation week.
Pictures are not accurate. Room was clean. I will not book this hotel again. Looked more like a motel, and it was inconvenient as it had no elevator and had to carry bags to second floor.
Location was great.
We were there for one night only.
But the place served its purpose perfectly.
Lots of eating options nearby.
Lots of gas stations nearby as well.
Pharmacy, cinema and shopping all walking distance.
Easy check in and out.
Parking was close to our room.
The stay was very good it was close to everything.the problem I’m having now is is that you have to pay to park . You already paying to stay there why do I have to pay to park my car .I see it as money grabbing now .

Disliked: Amenities
The staff was good and accomodating. But the rooms are not accessible via lift
The room was clean, but it had a very much smell, which was rather disgusting. We didn’t call the front desk cause we figured there wasn’t much they could do other than mask. The smell. The room is comfortable the stuff that we dealt with were kind.
Love that ground floor has sliding doors to outside, makes unloading easy. Staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for a ball tournament the last two years and love they have laundry on site. Denny’s breakfast is discounted if you stay. Close to many different restaurants and fast food. Nice little spot close to highway.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Was told there was a breakfast. NOPE!! Coffee and some fruit. Not only us but people were disgusted
The room was clean, the staff were nice. Lots of parking. The ac needed cleaned and the air conditioner was not able to blow air very well. Otherwise it was a great stay
Convenient location, good size rooms. Unfortunately found a few ants near the sliding door on the ground floor. Also rear view face some storage container. Otherwise good value and appears to have been renovated recently.

Liked: Cleanliness
There is nothing ‘central’ about this property adjacent to the highway. The photos are misleading - we saw no hill of wildflowers or covered patio with blue lawn chairs. The hotel is fairly old with the lobby is up a half-flight of stairs. Second floor rooms up another half flight. There is no elevator, which would have been a deal-breaker had we known. There were no 1st floor rooms available, so 2 women 70+ had to haul heavy luggage up the stairs.
Room was clean and updated, beds comfortable. Bathroom door was a slider crammed in a corner. Bathroom was small but clean. Shower control didn’t work properly; it kept sliding from hot to cold.
We wouldn’t recommend.
