Room was good staff were excellent but the bed was hard as a rock. to improve a purchase of a mattress topper would go a long way to making the bed bareable. Neither my husband nor myself got much sleep.

This is a solid two star hotel inn. It ranks five stars for a two star if you know what I mean. Comfortable bed less than $100 friendly staff good water, pressure and good food at the restaurant. This may not be the honeymoon room, but it’s a very solid choice for a traveller on the road. I will stay here again if I stop in Kindersley.

It's a decent place but pretty dated and the wifi wasn't great. Showed up fairly late and the front desk person was accommodating and friendly even though he was having system issues.

We stayed here while passing through. The front desk staff was awesome. We checked in just before midnight and he was so quick and friendly. The room was pleasant with a table & chairs, a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service!

The customer service was excellent! Due to a winter storm, our stay was extended along with our team who also decided to stay there! Having a restaurant connected was very convenient and the staff and food were great! The rooms were equipped with everything we needed! Affordable and comfortable.

Decent room for the price.

Generally: the room was ok. The thermostat didn't seem to work so we ended up opening a window to try to cool down the room.... which allowed the traffic noise to intrude. Staff was friendly .

We arrived late after driving all day. The clerk was very friendly and had excellent service. Unfortunately the room key didn’t work so he had to come let us in. He worked very hard to make sure we were settled in

Definitely dated but still super cute. Felt very comfortable and the location was great. Super easy to find. staff was so friendly. On my way out with my two kids. The man at the front desk even offered to help me carry my luggage outside. 10 out of 10 definitely stay again.

Stayed in room 112. Huge room, we were able to park our vehicle right outside by our outer door. Fantastic pillows, comfortable bed, zero complaints. Internet was slow, but that was minor. Over all, the Nova was a reasonably priced and quiet.

Close to the amenity we were going to and great supper at the restaurant but when asked to call for a taxi the front desk gave us a number. Should they not be calling and making sure their clients have a suitable mode of transportation like in a city? Have never had to call my own taxi from a hotel ever. Was not a busy place when we stayed and small towns should cater to their clients.
