"Restaurants for dinner lacked ambiance- table cloth, candle no finese. More like a canteen. Food was however very good."

"Good location, easy to find just off the M5 with a bus stop nearby for regular buses into the centre of Exeter - we went into the city for dinner. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on reception. The hotel is fairly new and is very clean with fresh and airy decoration. The room was spacious, but very hot. The AC didn't really seem to do a lot. The bed was very soft and although was comfortable, we did ache in the morning. In the morning, the shower wasn't particularly strong or hot, but it did the job. "

"From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome! The room is cozy, water is hot, food was delicious and drinks were yummy! Every breakfast was amazing! I really enjoyed Tony and Sondra’s company, from breakfast to nightcaps, Kings Arms was wonderful! "

"All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent as near train station and fairly central to the town"

"My stay at the Holiday Inn was comfortable and pleasant overall. Everything was good, and I had a nice experience. The only issue I encountered was with the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable—I could feel the hard surface while lying on it. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations. I would consider staying here again when needed."

"The hotel was clean and facilities generally good, although beds not overly comfortable. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good as was the parking. I would use the hotel again in the future. Our stay was spoiled slightly by other noisy guests and unsupervised children in the restaurant and running in the corridors in the early hours. This was not the hotel’s fault. Good location"
