I just stay from the 6th of Jan to the 9th. I was traveling alone (female) the first night which was Tuesday night went for dinner came back to two males one standing outside and the other standing in the door way were you scan your card was super weird lucky I had a guy friend walk in with me. Then we walked in there was about 6 or people/family sitting in the hall I felt uncomfortable. The other days i spent in door it was very noisy due to remodeling and construction in side one the first floor I was right in 116 were it was happening not cool. Room was clean and the air was great but will not book again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was very nice and comfortable. Also the staff was very nice Skylar was very helpful and friendly as well as the General Manager Tina Johnson, they made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was great!

Amazing!!

Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Tina is amazing she is doing very good job managing her hotel. Definitely recommend staying here. It is always a pleasure staying here. Dont think I would rent another hotel in Killeen other than woodspring suites.

Our stay at the Woodbridge.

The check in process was very simple. The room was in good condition except The bathroom Curtain rod was not properly secure and there was a bottle of floor cleaner in the living room.

Hotel is currently under remodel, so lots of areas closed off. Room was very clean, but they forgot to include toilet paper. Had to run downstairs to get a roll. I was very disappointed that room did not have coffee maker. TV was not connected to internet or cable, so could not use. Check in area was not welcoming. Small closed off space, kind of prison like. No lobby to speak of. Must say though, that clerk was very personable.

Convenient, and good enough.

Not to bad. It's comfortable, and clean. Just a bit dated, it could be maintained a bit better. House keeping is every other week? And it can be a bit noisy, but quiet enough to get some sleep.

Property is nice and clean, staff was excellent, Matthew , Tina and another girl that i forget her name, ( I'm sorry about that) were so nice and professional, they were always willing to help me out with anything I needed the days i was there; the room was enough for the days I needed to stay, good A/C, small kitchen, the only thing they don't provide pots and pans, dishes or utensils if you want to cook some breakfast, no gym, no swimming pool; waltmart, restaurants, highways are close by, is a convinient location

The lady who checked me in was so lovely. The room itself was clean but later in the evening I killed 3 roaches climbing on the walls thus the not 5 star review. There were a couple kinda sketchy guys that hung out on the side of the building where not a lot of traffic is but I also tend to be suspicious of everyone. Overall though I would probably stay here again if I had to come down again for work.

There was a smell when we got in the room. There was a jacket left on the bathroom door by a previous guest and the keys from the previous guest was also still in the room. If you get the room for the kitchen be aware there are no dishes. You have to rent them separately. But the lady that checked us in was super helpful and sweet!

I am glad I looked at the reviews. You do have to bring your own supplies needed to cook or clean. The hotel staff may or may not agree with what they have available. For instance the front desk may or may not be aware that the cleaning staff can only provide a broom and dustpan. Fortunately there is a grocery store and a Walmart driving distance from the hotel to pick up supplies you might need. Staff seemed friendly overall and responsive to concerns, but limited in what they could do. For the most part be expected to do some cleaning when you enter the room and while staying. This hotel, at the time of posting, was a bargain for being in the total solar eclipse path, and what was provided was a place to sleep for the week.
