Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

TERRIBLE.

get there about 1 hour before check in. i when to talk with service lady she told me to come back at 3pm. the environment was toxic, filthy, terrible marihuana smelling all over, i left and dint come back to the place and rent on travelodge,

At check in there is nobody just a paper sign on a window with a number to call you then must have Venmo or cash app to pay a 50 deposit. If you have pets prepare for a $75 non refundable deposit plus $20 a night fee for pets. You then will receive a 4 digit code to enter your room. The hotel is falling apart and roach infested in every part of the room. The shower pole is coming out of the walls. The toilet is barely Attached to the walls . Roaches coming out of every corner.
